Location

This hotel is located in the heart of Bandra, considered one of Mumbai's buzzing neighbourhoods, filled with multi-cuisine restaurants, malls, art galleries and luxury boutiques. It is only 3 km from the Bandra bandstand where one can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and the beautifully landscaped promenade is just perfect for quiet and romantic walks. The hotel is within 15 minutes of Mumbai domestic airport, around 25 minutes from the international airport and just 2 minutes from the railway station.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 44 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     thought to mention cons before prosCONS Slow check in, first room allocated had bed side switch on one side onlyTowel rail is far from shower so if towel is not taken before shower one needs to walk to end to get towel. Hair drier also far away. Room was changed next day and that room had unfinished building work like no mirror in bathroom and safe not working. Room was changed again and that room was ok and comfortablePROS good location as many shops nearby and easy to travel fromStaff were trying their best to help when asked. Food to order in room had good choice and was at reasonable price.     This hotel is handily located for the airport. The room is a reasonable size clean and tidy. The staff were friendly .     Cute and comfortable hotel, stone's throw away from Pali Village shops, restaurants and bars. Seamless check in by the friendly and accommodating Team. Spacious and clean room that muted most of the street noise. Finally, the F&B team (thank you Arun) has to get a mention for their attentive and courteous breakfast service, with abundant choices and proper, ground coffee. Definitely consider Oriental Residency next time you plan to visit Bandra.
