  The 1 Star reviews are not fair. This is not the Hyatt, not at Hyatt prices. For a budget price you get clean comfy beds, decent TV, good WIFI, pool and pool towels,daily clean, coffee/tea making and supplies, toiletries, PLENTY of plug sockets. Elevator to 3rd floor. Water supplied. You get a lot for your budget. Location excellent, 7 mins walk to beach, surrounded by restaurants, shops, spas. The best staff ever. Always smiling, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Stayed here previously and liked it enough to return for 2 months. Have been to Bali many times, many types of accommodation. Happy with our choice for long stay.

  Terrible hotel 100% disgusting

  Disgusting and unacceptable situation with the management. At least you should reply the message. Yesterday we went to the hotel for explaining you the problem, 5minutes after booking. Your response as manager was disgustingly and unprofessional. I’m looking forward to writing the review

  Unless you want to be totally disappointed, dont go.Stayed there previously and it was fine, this time a disaster from start to finish....booked out three days into a 9 day stay.Couldn't begin to explain the issues from the room to the food.All you can say is if you wanted a template for getting everything wrong in a basic tourist hotel...do what this lot do.Dont go, save your money and go elsewhere, anywhere. Once they have your money they couldn't care less.

  Not bad for the price great location but needs some updating

  This is a small hotel in a fabulous location for Sanur . It’s not far to walk to the beach a quick taxi to the new large Ivon mall and is surrounded by restaurants bars and shops including a couple of 7-11 type mini supermarkets .It’s kept very clean has the basics of what you may need including a small spa but it does need a little updating and fixing up here and there .We ran into several issues that the staff tried to fix but over all because of these issues and the availability of other hotels near by I’d probably not stay here again but at the same time I’d still recommend it to the more budget minded traveler because the good outweighs the bad The staff are the best so helpful esp the manager and customer service manager and they arranged a great driver for us too . They learned our names day one and made us feel so welcome and it was appreciated .The main issue for me was that the refrigerator broke and froze my medication destroying several hundred of pounds worth of meds that needed to be cold but never frozen .They tried and failed to fix it and switched out the unit for another but the damage was done and all they offered in compensation was dinner ( about 15 pounds value or a massage at the spa ) hardly comparable to the cost of my medication and the issue with getting it replaced .The chairs in the mostly open air restaurant are a woven rattan type material and A Lot are damaged and one ripped a hole in my sarong scratching my leg in the process When it rained a lot of the tables were unusable and the floors a slipping hazard . There are not a lot of beds around the pool it was never an issue as we were out of season and the hotel was not full but in high season you will almost certainly not find 1 let alone 2 beds free unless you do the dirty deed of coming down super early to reserve them lol There are rooms that open on to the pool but they lack privacy and the rooms on the upper floors give you a little more .The furniture needs an update both on the balcony and in the room although it was a very nice size it was a bit on the run down side needing painting and we had draws that were unusable because they were broken. We were staying for about 9 days and would’ve liked more hanging space and definitely workable drawers.The sheets were stained and the pool towels had seen better days The TV worked but did not have Netflix available and very little was found that was in English but that was not realy an issue for us .However all that said I would still recommend it for those that want a centrally located hotel with friendly staff at a reasonable price point in a quiet resort town and I know friends of mine have stayed there several times even though they agree it’s dated and needs some maintenance and a tidy up .The lovely staff go a long way to helping you over look the issues .

  Disappointed big time. We were hoping that our last day in Bali would be the best day, ended up very disappointed.

  After twelve days travelling from Cairns, Bali, Bandungan and Semarang, and back to Bali for a couple days before going home to Townsville. We decided to change location. We decided Sanur. My daughter found this hotel as she thought it was good. So we booked for three nights as we had a very late flight. The hotel is tucked in I a lane way, the lobby is dark and uninviting. We then taken to room 205. The room is big - 2 large beds for the 3 of us. The room is dark and dingie and smell. We checked the bathroom, it smell sewer. Yuck !We had been staying in a much luxurious hotels in this trip, the same price as this place but they way way more comfortable. The breakfast was a la cart. The pool was small and uninviting as right in front of the dining area. Everything about this hotel is not pleasing.
