    Our stay at Adiwana Suweta was exceptional. The beautiful pool villas provided a peaceful sanctuary, with a level of quiet tranquillity that made it difficult to leave.The true standout, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was warm, respectful and genuinely caring. During our stay we mistakenly believed an item had been lost and, regrettably, suspected it had been taken by staff. When the item was later found, every member of the team remained gracious, supportive and helpful despite the obvious offence our mistake could have caused. Their professionalism, resilience and kindness spoke volumes about the culture of this remarkable hotel.It was also a pleasure to meet the manager, Eka, whose generosity and commitment to guest experience are reflected throughout the property. He has created an outstanding retreat supported by an exceptional team.It would be unfair to single out individual staff members because every person we encountered possessed genuine warmth and charm.Adiwana Suweta is far more than a beautiful place to stay—it is a place where people make the difference. We will not forget it, and we look forward to returning.
