This complex welcomes guests in Umalas.

Facility

14 rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and 7 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge).     There is no restaurant on site like advertised- asked 5 times and on the last time got told it's been shut for 2months now which really annoyed me as that's the main reason I booked this place for the restaurant on site. Stained sheets and towels- disgusting. Bathroom is old and mouldy. Had to wear jandels in the shower as didnt trust the floor in the shower. Everytime you used the shower head coming from the wall it smelt like really bad fart smell... the shower head coming from the roof would sometimes only let you run hot or cold water straight so not warm at all. Bugs and lizards everywhere- even had cockroaches in the room when I told them the lady said okay 😒. The doors dont even lock properly so had to take valuables with me and when asked about the safe they didnt know the combination for the safe. Aircon in my sons room didnt work when I rung I about it they couldn't understand what I was saying... alot of times when I tried to communicate with them they didn't understand me.Absolute shame that we booked this place as I was really looking forward to relaxing.. hated it.

    A nice quiet location, I would not stay there again as I prefer a location with a bit more action, but highly recommended if you want peace and tranquility. Staff were great, really made me feel welcome and looked after me. Room was good and very clean

    Promising yet disappointing

    Location is good, design is fine, value for money is indeed good BUT walking barefoot in the room, which is custom in Asia, is a challenging treat to your soles that get blackened in three steps. This says a little about overall cleanliness. I was booked for 5 nights and left after three because being awaken by their dog barking like crazy at 5.00 am every day was definitely too taxing. All in all, for the price, not bad though.

    We booked here because it was within walking distance to where family were staying. My expectations were not high given the reviews on Trip Advisor. Yes it is need of an upgrade but it has definitely served its purpose for us. We knew we would be spending all our time at my daughters accommodation and with them so we just needed somewhere to sleep. The pool area does not entice me as it does look unkept, but at least our room / bed was ok. The staff are nice and we are satisfied with the breakfast. It’s all price relative. We come to Bali twice a year with normally staying in Sanur on the beach and this was always going to be a different holiday for us. We wouldn’t stay again but if you are just wanting somewhere to rest you head at a very low rate then it might serve your purpose also.

    After reading the reviews on here we were sceptical to say the least about staying at the Adma however we were pleasantly surprised to say the least.Now if you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not the hotel for you, the hotel needs some maintanance however it has character, certainly very balinese with a lovely feel to the hotel.We had the family suite with pool for around AU$85 per night for 4 adults and that included a breakfast, basic breakfast but also a very good one as you will see in the pictures.We also had the best suite at the hotel, the Putu Kecak. The only suite near the main pool.The rooms were nice enough large and the air con was great. WiFi also generally worked well as well. Our room was clean and made every day and we had absolutly no isses with the clenliness at all.Breakfast - when you are seated you are handed a sheet of paper with an item list on it to tick what you want to eat. Choice of continental, cooked or indonesian breakfasts all which are cooked to order.I always had the cooked breakfast which came with 2 eggs any style, small piece of bacon, small sausage, fried potato and lovely garlic mushrooms. Also a bottle of water and and OJ which was lovely. Sometimes I ordered the fruit as well and you can also choose what fruit you like from the menu, I chose the watermelon.The staff are amazing and really friendly and above all your belongings are safe at this hotel. I had a few beers one night and left my bum bag by the pool, i eventually found it at reception where a staff member had handed it in for me with no money missing and my passport was aslo still there.All in all we loved it an dwould we stay there again..............for us absolutly 8/10
