  Ok for a couple of nights

  I booked a super deluxe room that cost $37 a night . Upon arrival we were given a tiny crap old room that I said was not what I paid for . We were shown a bigger room that was what I had seen online . The outside of the room was hand carved timber with a 5 piece lounge suite that looked fit for a king & queen . Inside was a letdown , the aircon worked , the bed had a gross festy looking old bedspread that looked unwashed. I stashed that in the cupboard & asked for an extra sheet . Sheets were thin , grey , stained but clean . The toilet was positioned very close to the wall in front of it so your knees touched the wall . Shower over the bath , it had hot water , no shower curtain so it became a wet area really quick . The bathroom looked grotty & mouldy . Breakfast was included & that was fine . The pool is small but clean & surrounded by lovely gardens & lots of greenery . No real reception or identifiable staff . No safety deposit boxes or safe in the room . They have a couple of better newer rooms but they were booked already . Location is great with a short walk to the beach . I think you can stay somewhere equally as crappy for half the price . Best thing are the plants & outdoor balcony .

  Beautiful garden and nice pool. But only the outside area is maintained.We've been here 8 an 6 years ago, until now, no renovation in the rooms.Same condition in the family room we always booked, leaking installation in the bathroom; in all, shabby.Since my parence wanted to visit us, I booked a room for them in Adus, When I was aware about the condition I checked few roomes. In all rooms the tap was loose, even same condition as years before and dark and uncomfortable. So I canceled the booking and booked a nicer place next to.For entering the accomodation you need to pass the family area, which is somehow messy.In all a place you can stay for few days, but there are many more comfortable and pleasant places in this area.

  Lovely owners and a nice little pool area with clean rooms

  We stayed here for 3nights and had a very relaxing stay. The owners are really kind and always smiling. We were in a standard double room with fan, good size, but with a slightly smelly toilet/drain. Location is good with kuta to the south and seminyak to the north it's easy to get anywheteWould happily stay there again!

  I am a frequent traveller to Bali and was just looking for somewhere to lay my head so I went for cheap as poss in reasonable location. Located next to Champlung Mas hotel down a lane. Short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Set up like a home stay where you actually walk through the family accommodation to get to breakfast and pool area out the back. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom needs work though. Old bath/shower, toilet and sink. Sink (which is located just outside bathroom door) water ran extremely slow but bath and shower was ok. I had to clean poo stain off toilet on arrival otherwise ok. The included breakfast was very basic and not filling at all. I ended buying a good decent bacon and egg roll at the nearby corner café. I booked for a week but checked out after 3 nights. I know, I shouldn't expect much as I was only paying around $35AUD a night but changed to a $50 a night at nearby hotel and was so much happier. Maybe if I was younger I might've accepted it better. Having said that, many people older than me (56yo) were staying there.

  Very good value for money, simple healthy breakfast every morning, lovely garden with a pool, nice and clean room. We were offered room cleaning service every day, and the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. There was no problem when we asked to move to the room closer to the pool, which was great. :)
