  We booked one one-bedroom villa with a private pool and was upgraded to two two-bedroom villa with a private pool (one room was locked). The place was typical of Bali mom-pop hotel. The restaurant staff made the experience the best others in the lobby needed training to deal with international customers.The place is average because of the lack of customer experience you get other than that the place was our first stay at Bali during our trip till we went to other places and found luxury and customer service.They gave us water in the fridge the first day and it was 90 F the week we visited, they said the water is chargeable. It is advertised as a luxury place that can't give water to the customers charging IDR 20,000 per bottle when you get 24 bottles for 25,000 rupiah in the market, of course we did buy our stash after the experience.Location: 3/5Hotel:3/5room: 3/5Customer service: 2/5Restaurant staff: 4/5

  Please see below our experience at your property. We booked into your “luxury villas “ for the 18th -21 January after spending a glorious 4 nights in a luxury hotel in Ubud. The first question I asked your staff on arrival was the drop in rate on booking .COM. And if they could review our rate. I was told this was not possible, we asked if you could offer a discounted spa, the answer was no. At this point please let me advise you, I come from 30 years in the hotel industry, and understand how booking.com works . Based on allotments, however when a guest arrives at any hotel, it is about how the hotel performs. You sell your property as “Luxury Villas “. I met with one of you supervisors on the first morning & generously offered to pay 50% for the reduced stay of one night. This was declined by you. You may attempt to look the part but your product & service is far from it. After establishing the dissatisfaction in your product I requested a 50% refund and was prepared to checkout after the first night. The response in regards to rate was unsatisfactory as we booked according to advertised rates, in your low season. The rate may be offered at the discretion of the hotel manager, unfortunately you were not on site. The offer of the spa was a nice gesture, (we intended to use the in house spa to assist in generating revenue for the hotel, rather than going externally) however it did not take away from the terrible experience we had. It ruined our last few days in Bali . Some of the key items I wish to mention include the following example that are not worthy of a “Luxury “ title. The photo below shows a box of plastic water bottles left for us - not sustainable. The additional photo shows the poached egg- unsatisfactory. The breakfast on offer is that of a 2 star property. The last photo is nothing short of disgusting - and lack of health & hygiene. My friend ran the bath, and when turning on the jets experienced dirty/sewage water & a filthy smell. At this point we called your front office to witness this - totally unacceptable. Other points to add to the bad experience - on the second morning of our stay we wished to go less thank 2km up the road for a massage, asked if we could get a lift in the hotel vehicle, a definite no was the response. That car did not move for the entire duration of our stay.- everything we asked help for we were given apologies & not once a solution .- on the 2nd night we asked for a metered taxi , your staff could not provide this - no pool towels in the room we asked for them .- toilet blocked in downstairs room - shower didn’t drain You call yourselves “Luxury”. Again I demand a refund for the final night that was not used. In a hotel that is at 50% occupancy . We did not stay the 3rd and final night of the booking. I have never in my left a hotel early & sent an email like this. My instinct is to put this on trip advisor & to advise the Indonesian tourism department. Your prompt response will determine the outcome.

  Had a wonderfully pleasant stay at the villa - the hospitality and warmth of the the owner and staff made my stay! Rooms were spacious, very well maintained and clean, not musty at all. Modern interior with a touch of Balinese influence and a great private pool. Would recommend for a relaxing getaway.

  The room is big and comfortable. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The food especially the barbecue food is delicious . The service staff is very friendly and attentive. Had very good massage at the spa

  The villa is nice. Too bad there is a construction work nearby so pretty annoying. The staffs are polite and the service is excellent. Love the private pool and the spa. My one comment? Change the cook, breakfast was pretty awful. Not enough varieties for breakfast. Will I come again? Yes I will. Hope the food taste better later.
