  I stayed here for two nights, overall wonderful experience. Although the property isn’t as big as the sister location, Alam Ubud, the stay was just as amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dino, the general manager, was also very helpful with my accommodation. Breakfast was served at my villa, I had the Nasi Goreng and all I can say was it was the best. The villa itself is perfect for solo travelers or couples. Very clean with all the needed amenities. One of the most beautiful parts of the property is the walkway to the villa, especially at night!

  This place is awful, rundown, dirty and misadvertised, there is no restaurant, there is no spa, the pool is filthy, the breakfast was inedible, it's nowhere near a beach, outside the villas is a dirty old town with only one descent restaurant, save your money and disappointment, go stay somewhere else.

  Just returned after a 3 night stay at the end of our Xmas and New Year cruise. We arrived early but the staff pulled out all the stops and made sure our room was ready. The room was fantastic, spacious, clean and with its own pool. There is a great choice of breakfast which is delivered to your room at your requested time. At the end of the stay checkout was 12 noon but our taxi wasn’t booked until 4pm and the staff let us keep the room for a nominal fee. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend these villas.

  The staff are absolutely wonderful and would give them alone 5 Stars, they are nothing but helpful and kind and even offered to get medicine when I got Bali Belly. They always want to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. This hotel can only get 4 stars due to the cleanliness of the villas. We were let into the first villa where were a little let down, it wasn't the cleanest of places. With dirt on the floor tiles, in the pool and grime in the bath. When explaining this to the staff they were apologetic and showed us other villas of which allowed us to pick another, and explained the pools were up for cleaning as the recent rain had washed dirt into them.Our choice of villa was much more cleaner with some minor defects but this did not deter us or affect our stay. The pool did keep getting dirty, so I did not use it as much as I'd hoped but again I wasn't too bothered with the heat outside I was happy staying in the air conditioned room. I enjoyed the location as I think it would have been alot quieter than in the center of seminyak. There is a 24hour circle K shop (like a co-op) and an ice cream shop just outside the hotel. Some coffee shops, Burger king, pizza hut and a larger supermarket a short walk down the main road, there is a restaurant/club down the road which also does some cakes, sandwiches and pastries, this was our favourite place to go within walking distance. We used grab for many food deliveries and taxi. a taxi into seminyak cost about £1.50 and into Kuta £2.50. So getting around was extremely easy.

  Not worth staying here if you want a peaceful break. Unclean villa, will not be visiting again.

  We arrived 24/11 and only stayed until 25/11 (we were due to stay here 6 nights) we weren’t overly impressed by the first look in person however due to long travel times we figured not to worry too much until the morning. Come the next morning with better lighting. we were able to inspect the room better. What we found made us even more unhappy than we already were with the villa. The photos online really oversell this place! The villa is dated, run down and not kept clean. Fixtures here (I.e shower head, taps, lights) we’re not properly secured! The shower head itself had excessive limescale and doesn’t appear to have been cleaned for a long while. There are marks on the shower walls. The bath also has some stains/marks and again doesn’t appear clean. The bedding is stained and there are bugs trapped in the drapes around the bed. There seems to be blood on the lamp shade on the bedside table.We went into the pool after some breakfast (mediocre) and could tell by what we felt on our feet that the pool was also dirty and after a very short swim there was disturbed dirt floating in the water. The day bed had some stains on it too! After finding so much wrong with this villa…we inspected even further and found a side access gate to our villa with no security at all and so despite locking up your things are not safe here!! There is a large enough door gap to allow mosquitoes etc into the room. Me and partner are covered in bites! Location is also not ideal. We are right off the back of a very busy road. All you can here is traffic noise. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep to due to nightclub noise and we were woken up by what sounded like a yoga class at 6am 😂 (not in the villa) This is a really big let down for the company as the staff are actually really friendly so to write such a negative review doesn’t reflect well on the staff. Credit to them, they have been more than adequate since we arrived 🙏🏻We have chosen to book another villa costing over £700 purely because we didn’t feel happy/comfortable enough to stay another night!
