    Worst experience in Ubud with this Hotel Alam Puisi Villa.

    We stay on 24.01.2026 at 4 pm. There was No air condition machine was working in room no 103. When we asked for the Hot water in Bath Room there was problem with electricity fault and we have to wait for one hour for shower. When we asked for swimming pool they informed it is dirty and we have to clean as water was not clean to swimm. Breakfast they give fix two piece of watemelon, two piece of any other fruits available with him. Indian Breakfast Aloo paratha not of good qaulity. One cup tea. It is fix menu beakfast. This hotel is not advisable to stay in Ubud giving this much of money with no guarantee for good service. this has 5 out of 10 marks. Deepak Padia, Ahmedabad

    Comfortable Stay in Alam Puisi Villas

    Rooms are very spacious and clean, though furniture and decor is a little old style. We stayed in a one bed room villa, and each has a small private pool and covered gazebo. Staff is courteous and helpful. Bathrooms have both walk in shower and bath tub. We had issues with flushing in the toilet, and same was faced in our other room too.Some things to note:1. The hotel is away from Ubud city center so there are no restaurants, super markets or shops around. So plan to buy essential stuff when you go outside 2. Breakfast is complimentary but is not a buffet system. You need to have one selection from 5 types of breakfasts (Indonesian, Indian, Continental, Vegetarian and American) - each breakfast type includes 4 items (cut fruits, choice of tea or coffee, one fruit juice, and one cooked dish). Breakfast service is prompt and food is served quickly after ordering3. Alam Puisi has a good in house restaurant - “Diwali” that serves Indian, Indonesian and some western food. So this is especially convenient for Indian guests. Food taste and quality is good.Overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend this property.

    Everything from the moment of check in to check out was excellent.Very friendly and helpful staffs at the reception and restaurant and always ready to help.Rooms were very clean and maintained very well.The location of this property is amazing away from all the crowd.The breakfast menu could have been better.The rest everything is perfect.Overall a wonderful and pleasant experience.

    Absolutely horrible experience!The room wasn’t ready and equipped for the number of occupants even after checking in almost 06 hours later than check in time.The quality of towels was pathetic and the cleanliness of room was terrible. The place is also full of lizards and insects.

    A nice cost villa with a private pool with a view of the rice fields, the room is spacious and a good place to have a romantic honeymoon, property is good and nice and welcoming staff, breakfast at the property is good and the facilities are up to mark for the price you pay for
