This resort welcomes guests in Jimbaran.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including golf, diving, yoga, a spa, a sauna and massage treatments.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Breakfast and lunch are served every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Wanted to love it, but some updates needed

    Stayed in Grand Royal - Villa 2 for 4 nights over Christmas. Pros - staff lovely, food lovely, hotel grounds well maintained and quiet. Cons - villa 2 is in need of updates and was disappointing upon arrival (not to the quality of website images shown). Eg, Doors to rooms stuck every time you opened and, stained old leather couch, stained bathtubs, dirty outdoor shower in master bedroom.Requested move to alternate villa, however no other 2 bedroom villas were available. Kitchen not stocked with anything to cook with, you had to request at the property. For the coffee drinkers - hot coffee not available at all times. We've travelled to Bali multiple times so. don''t get me wrong, overall the property was a good stay - our particular villa just not rhe quality we were expecting.     Lovely setting but shameful behaviour and attitude of management

    The staff appeared very polite and helpful until we had to complain. They then showed their true colours and were rude, abusive and threatening. A pair of trainers were left overnight on the decking area of one of the lodges we stayed in. A stray dog wandered in the grounds and chewed them to pieces. The staff refused to offer any compensation, even after reviewing the cctv and capturing the act as it happened. The dispute continued after the holiday and they promised a financial reward but it never appeared.A toilet in one of the suites leaked the entire stay and they failed to fix it and air conditioning and shower fittings in another suite were faulty, which they failed to fix .The manager threatened to call the police as their way of resolving the issues.This ruined our stay in what is a beautiful setting but clearly their sole intention is to make as much money from their visitors without offering any kind of repair to faults or compensation for matters that are their fault. However, you refused and insisted us to paying . You even tried to open the petty cash drawer in the lobby. Therefore, we informed you that if you acted rudely, we would call the police and immigration. In the same time we spoke and apologies to one of your family but they are very kind and they don't want you to do this.Finally we agreed to replace the shoes as you requested, but via bank transfer. However, you refused to pay our restaurant bill, even though there was nothing wrong with the food. We decided to deduct as compensation from the restaurant bill. We already sent it via bank transfer but always failed but on September 29, 2025, we transfer via Western Union.Our team also contacted you via WhatsApp chat, but you did not respond at all.We are here to do our best for all our guests, please respect us as we respect all our guests.Didi TriwahyudiGeneral Manager

    The staff were very friendly, our room had a very authentic 'bali' feel. The grounds were well kept and very aesthetically pleasing. Not in the major hustle and bustle but still close to everything.     The grounds are so beautiful! Pool is super nice. Villas are kind of all but have their charm. Staff is very nice and accommodating.Location… in the middle of nowhere but quick can ride to anywhere you want to go.Very relaxing and peaceful. Would stay again.
