  Terrible! Don’t go there

  Terrible accommodation, the bedrooms are not even close to the ones shown in the photos, it’s not the same standard that is been advertised in their website or apps. The staff is mean, unhappy and not friendly at all! There was a loud and noisy machine working 24/7 Rigth outside our window. Wi-Fi doesn’t work! Breakfast is nothing what they advertised. The pillows were só thin that looks like a folded bed sheet, the blankets and bed lines were old and worn out. Terrible experience and very expensive!   Great location and friendly staff

  PLEASE NOTE: They are in the process of updating/remodeling. THAT BEING SAID, the staff was amazing. They didn't speak English very well but that didn't hinder service at all. The hotel is in a great location but it does need some updating. The room (806) we stayed in was old and a little dated. The bed was not the greatest and was very low to the floor. The bathroom had drainage issues and the shower water drained very slow. Also no iron in the room. You had to go to the first floor to iron which in my opinion was very inconvenient. The breakfast was good and there was a variety. Edna always had a smile on her face each morning.   A pretty filthy and unsafe place. Will not return.

  There is no hygiene in the rooms on the visible aspects: lots of dust, filthy airconditioning, insufficient cleaning of bathrooms. The gym has fitness machines that are not clean, lack maintenance, and one was connected to an electricity socket that came loose. So this hotel does not bother about guest health and hygiene nor safety. Impossible to trust bed cleanliness of bedlinnen or the kitchen/food. Have a look at the pictures. Definitately no return to this hotel.

  Terrible...stay far from this hotel!

  I am usually don't great expectations from hotel but at least a good room and to have a shower.In this case the structure is very old ...no maintenance and all the equipments are old and without maintenance.The restaurant is terrible...no care for guests.I asked something and I got a total different food.In addition during the shower appeared a lot of mosquitoes...terrible!
