  Clean room, and my overall stay was definitely worth the the price. Staffs were all attentive. Surprisingly, breakfast was tasty. We stayed for 2 nights, didn’t expect for a good meal, but hey! A delightful surprise indeed. Will I come back?   (+)- The Staff. Friendly, humble, and professional. Terima kasih sudah mengkomodasi permintaan saya, berkaitan dg pesanan kamar.- Breakfast. Simple with Indonesian and Western Style. Terima kasih utk staff restaurant yang cekatan.- Location. Not in the prime area, but easy access, and strategic. Terletak diantara area Kuta, Legian, Seminyak dan Sunset Road.- Room. Spacious enough and clean.- BathRoom.   REALLY GREAT DEAL AROUND DEWI SRI!

  Check in process was fast and efficient, room was clean and tidy. Staffs are great, trying to assist you all the time. Breakfast was average with Indonesian food, bread, coffee and tea. Overall, this hotel is a great deal for you around Jalan Dewi Sri.   Good Location. You will find a lot of restaurants around the hotel including a food center offering local food. Generally, the room is clean, bed sheet is clean and no spot, however if in the corner area of the window and bath, is not really cleaned well and this for sure can be avoided with careful inspection by the housekeeping. It seems that the hotel need a bit of make up and retouch and more attention on the maintenance and cleanliness.   I believed staying here would be great, but my experience proves it wrong

  Let me starts with the good things :- good location (it’s located on Dewi Sri main st. where you can find lots of good foods within walking distance)- friendly staffs (all smiley)- good priceBut here comes the nightmare :I Had a pretty horrible experience. On the first night I had trouble to sleep since I could hear thumping noises from outside, I said nothing to the hotel since I believe it’s also out of their abilities. On the next day, I wanted walk around, so I asked the reception guy about some places nearby, only that he couldn’t answer me since he doesn’t know. Thanks God Google exists, turns out the places I was looking is only 500m away from the hotel and he doesn’t know (you need to walk around more dude). I went out until I came back to the hotel at night just to found out that the room door was being half-open, apparently after the housekeeping cleaned up the room in the afternoon they didn’t shut it properly. I said something to the reception girl downstairs just to be asked “any lost properties? Maybe the room maid was being careless”, yeah I’m glad that there’s nothing lost, but you still lost a point there. I don’t wanna get angry at her, since I know she’s not the one in the wrong, but I feel that there should be better response.Just when I thought that this horrible experience ends there, on the morning of my check-out day, the housekeeping guy suddenly barged into our room at 9AM, without announcing that he’s coming in. I woke up in shock, he shut the door panicly, without any apology. When checking-out, the receptionist was the same girl, she said sorry, but while smiling, I’m Indonesian myself but I don’t know whether it’s an Indonesian thing or what, but I’m not amused by being apologized while you’re smiling. And these horrible experiences happened in the span of short stay of 3D2N, and no supervisor had initiated to have a talk with me (guess bcs it’s weekend? Or bcs they don’t have any supervisor?)Had you guys been a 1-2star motels, I wouldn’t rant this long, but this hotel carries a brand! Shouldn’t a brand got an SOP? Your staffs are trampling your SOP but there’s nobody who corrects them, it’s a very sad situation.
