  They have fixed all Negative review that i see in trip advisor. This please is strategic place in Kura, you can reach famous place like kuta beach, beachwalk mall, atm, sky garden night club and others no more then 10 minutes on foot.Recommended for solo backpacker, coumple traveller.If you will book this place you might be book online a few days before the day checking in and you will get more cheaper rate.The staff wass friendly, they will halp you everything you need.

  Shocking, DO NOT STAY HERE

  We booked to stay for 7 nights here as the location was great for everything and we’d come from Canggu right out of the way. Sadly the location was the only positive about this hotel... couldn’t even force ourselves to stay for one night it was so disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was thick with mould and limescale, the fridge was black inside, no free slippers or toiletries as advertised on booking.com, the bedsheets were stained, no duvet or sheet just the itchy blanket that we all hate. Generally poor condition, staff seemed lazy and uninterested and were to be found lounging on the sofa in the reception or the other sofa in what looked like a staff room. We got no information about breakfast, also we could only pay in cash as the machine was ‘broken’ (which I read from other reviews has been the case since at least August 2016? Suspicious?). No question as to why we were checking out the same day, it seemed as though it’s a very common occurrence. We were lucky they only wanted the money for one night and not our whole stay!!! Don’t be fooled by management photos, they are extremely deceptive. Always read reviews before you book, hey?

  Nice and clean rooms, and everything else was clean as well. Its not a luxury hotel, and it was not my plan to go for luxury so i can say it kinda exceeded my expectation. I would have given it a 5 star if there was not this issue of WiFi, which was gone for 3 days at a stretch (though this issue was there for the whole Kuta region), and if the pool was a bit larger.

  Should be called Terrible Akita Hotel!It was not clean at all, the tab and lights in the bathrooms were not working and you couldn't lock the shower and toilets. The staff was extremely unfriendly and not helpful at all! It's not social eitherDO NOT GO THERE! It's a ripoff! The good reviews come from the private rooms they have (they are run under a different name though)

  The room is probably the worst room I have ever stayed in on holiday in Bali and we travel there every year. The paint was peeling off the walls and in places covered in mould as was the ceiling. The tap on the sink is loose, no toilet roll holder, the shower head has to be held by hand - all just simple things to fix and repair. However the dirty linen was the worst. All the sheets were stained as were the pillow cases. Tried to put a cleaner case on a pillow and the state of the pillow was shocking inside. The pool was green, the entrance had mould everywhere, just a dirty run down tired old hotel. The staff were barely English spoken and trying to persuade them we ad paid for b'fast was a mission, eventually getting two bits of toast and a pile of barely edible scrambled eggs. our only choice was tea or coffee. Took tea as it is easiest to prepare and drink . Left disgusted and cancelled a return trip. Also had to pay cash as there via machine was supposedly broken !!!!!
