This villa resort is located at the epicentre of Seminyak, approximately 5 minutes' drive from Bali's fabulous 'Eat Street' at Jalan Laksmana, and within 1 km of Seminyak, Kuta and Legian shopping centres. Seminyak beach is about 3 km away and it is only around 15 km to Denpasar. The hotel lies 20 minutes' drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The 14 rooms have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 14 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities at the complex include a baggage storage service. Nice staff but terribly needing repairs

I found this property advertised as a last minute special price on Agoda. The pictures looked nice and I booked it.The villas are located down a few small streets in a quiet location. It may not feel that nice at night if you are walking solo. Once I arrived at the property I started to realise how different the reality was from the online advertised pictures. I had been to this property a few years ago and it was totally different, much like in the pictures. The main pool didn't look clean, there were no sun lounges or umbrellas, it was a disappointing start. When I arrived at my villa, Villa F, I realised again that the pictures were incredibly old photos, deceptive and misleading. The villa had lots of ugly brown water leak stains on the walls, the pool was shaded and cold and uninviting. The quilt on the bed was an off white dull colour that looked like it was white once and just ugly. There were a lot of mosquitoes around the bed. They seemed to get in even with the mosquito net. I didn't want to get bitten by potentially dangerous mosquitoes so it was a worry and unpleasant. The open living room let's a lot of mosquitoes in. The bathroom was huge but really needing repairs. The roof leaked when it rained and had ugly mold stains. The bathroom floor would get all wet. I wanted to take a bath on my first night but the bath plug wouldn't come out so I couldn't empty the water or get rid of the bugs in the bath.... The showerhead was very badly broken and had one jet of water to the side and very little coming out the shower head. On day 2 I asked for the shower and bath to be fixed as I needed to use them. I had workmen in and out of the villa for most of the day and around 5pm they said the bath was not going to be repaired until the next day. I looked thru another villa and was not better so I avoided the huge inconvenience of moving to that one. The shower was eventually fixed in the evening and when I went to use it the hot water was scorching hot or the other option was very little pressure for the cold water. Not good at all. The off-white towels were all stained and seemed unclean. Overall it was a really disappointing stay and I asked the manager for a refund so I could go elsewhere but as it was late on day 2 he wouldn't offer refund for that day so I stayed and left on day 3 instead of spending the 3rd night there. I was offered a massage and choice of Indonesian dinner or lunch as an apology. For a property that was $90au per night, it was in bad condition and not worth it. It is most disappointing that the pictures on Agoda are misleading and not up to date. Agoda as a sales agent takes no accountability for this either. They may offer an insulting amount of credit towards future bookings but this has put me off agoda. When you get to the property and realise it is awful they don't allow a refund and you have to argue to get something back. It is unacceptable and horrible.

This is the nicest place I have ever stayed. Best hotel in Bali. Lovely and helpful staff who cleaned the pool every day. Private pool was beautiful. Very tasty breakfast with vegetarian options. Close to Seminyak and fabulous facilities. Staff happy to book excursions and help with anything during your stay. We’ll be back!

We arrived at our villa & there was no electricity in our bedroom. There is no door separating our private pool to the living room therefore all bugs and lizards are roaming around your indoor & bedroom. Our bathroom was that dirty unfortunately we had to leave the villa immediately and we booked a different hotel straight away (Amadea resorts) we would not recommend this at all.

the property is a little dated, and a litte far from the main shops , 20 min walk. breakfast is included which is basic, eggs toast, or nasi goreng, juice, coffee tea, which was sufficient. the rooms are large. separate lounge bedroom bathroom all very large in total 247sam which was great. there is a pool in the villa so very private it s not a plunge pool much bigger. the staff are great , very helpful and very clean. happy to stay again. only issue they will give you a lift to the main shops or Kuta, however not available all the time.

Torturing place because of lizards

It was not at all a good place to enjoy. Full of insects and lizards. Walls were dirty . Towels were stained. The place was big more than it qas required. It was a total bitter experience.i wont recommend thisplace for couples.
