    Excellent hotel in close-in neighborhood.

    This was our second visit to Libson and it was nice to explore a different neighborhood (we were in the upper Avendio de Liberdade neighborhood before) and we stayed for a total for 5 nights. We found easy bus access as well as 4 grocery stores and multiple small shops within easy walking distance in this residential neighborhood near the financial district. NEYA Hotel's staff was extremely helpful and pleasant and attended to every request with a smile. We found our room to be extremely nice, if compact, with the big bonus being a bathtub which is an exception rather than a rule for European restrooms. Our package included breakfast and that did not disappoint, with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and an assortment of fresh pastries and fruit.     Great value, spotless rooms, and amazing staff

    Had a fantastic stay at NEYA Lisboa Hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly throughout – nothing was too much trouble, which really made the experience stand out.The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and clearly well looked after. For the price, the value is excellent – it feels like you get much more than you pay for.Food and drinks were great, and the location is ideal – close enough to the city centre to explore easily, but in a quieter area.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.     Hotel Neya Lisboa stay

    The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was great! The hotel was a easy trip to/from the airport. It's about a 20min walk (downhill) to the main tourist area but we always ubered back because of the steep uphill walk to return.     Fantastic hotel in a good spot, very good selection at breakfast and they catered well for my gluten free wife. Consuela on reception was very helpful. Highly recommended.
