  Dead rotten fish smell

  As I was checking into this hotel the owner gave me attitude because I had used a motorbike service that he didn’t get a commission on. He then showed me to my room. A VERY dirty room that absolutely reeked of dead fish. No soap or shampoo, the Ac is preset to not cool the room properly and the refrigerator is inoperable and smells terrible. When I asked if I could change rooms he replied all the rooms smell like rotten fish and he was upset I had had the nerve to ask for another room. I ended up leaving and being charged for a room I would never stay in. These guys don’t care, they are by the port and will be able to fill the rooms with poor uninformed tourists. Just go up the road, many more places that don’t stink and not as noisy.

  The most dirty, old and run down place ive ever been! Bed sheets dirty, horrible smell everywhere, bugs and insects everywhere! Toilet filthy and everything is just worn! I feel bad for staff because they were lovely and couldnt fault check in! But sadly the room is just unacceptable. Good if you want a cheap place to stay as a roof over your head but DAMP DAMP DAMP MOULD MOULD MOULD!

  Okay...it can be noisy after 7am . After all it’s frontage is where all the fast boats leave for the islands and the PA system is too load . However the rooms are with shower and toilet . The bed sheets and towels are changed daily and rooms cleaned daily also . The units have a balcony and are adjacent to all the restaurants and money-changers . Staff speak English and are friendly and helpful .I booked for 6 days and stayed 10 days .

  I’ve never smelt worse things than I have in this hotel, let alone in a room! It was disgusting and very dirty. The duvet and pillows had stains on them. Also, there was no duvet cover on the duvet so I doubt it even gets washed...! The staff were extremely rude and stubborn when we told them that we weren’t happy with what we had paid compared to the room we had. We only stayed for 1 night and it was 1 night too many! The value for money is terrible and it doesn’t deserve the name ‘hotel’ as it’s worse than a hostel. It needs bulldozing ASAP.

  I stayed here only 1 night. I had a late arrival into bali, the driver found it very difficult to find this hotel. Check in took a very long time, it seemed as though my booking was lost! I had booked this place as it was so close to the boats to transfer to lembongan in the morning. I would not stay here again. It was cheap however it was filthy!!
