    Don’t risk your life!

    The whole place needed some serious maintenance. The outdoor awning fell off when I tried to lower it, the pool railing was rusted and falling off, pool towels were rags, to name a few.More concerning though, a mouse had chewed the wire in our air conditioner. Fortunately I woke up in the night and saw sparks coming from the unit and was able to turn it off before a fire started. Subsequently we had no air con for the rest of the night and no discount offered for the inconvenience and potential risk to our lives!There is clearly a mouse problem as we found a half chewed banana in our room the next day.Front reception staff were not overly helpful or concerned when we pointed these things out. The hotel is Japanese owned so any complaints to local staff go nowhere. If you want to support the Balinese economy (and not die on holiday) do NOT stay here!

    Hard bed. Mold on walls. Doesn't stop noise from clubs. Can't sleep and stuck with mold all night. Ahen we mention the mold they said they could move us with an extra charge, what a joke. A charge for their own laziness and health risks?? Terrible service.

    Mid-priced comfortable beachfront hotel

    Very relaxing place, located by the beach and lots of cafes around. You can book a nice room with a private pool overlooking the sea and beautiful views of the surrounding nature.In some corners of the hotel it is sometimes not clean, maybe this is not a problem for those of you who stay in your room or go to the beach, without walking through the hotel area.

    More a 3 star hotel, i went with my 2 brothers, i upgraded to a deluxe villa $165 aud a night glad i did, as i had a fridge and tv, other brother $115 aud a night no tv. Restaurant only has a small menu and shuts early. Toilet is run down, premise is nice, very remote- good for backpackers on a budget and surfing, closest circle k 10 minute walk.

    Located in Canggu, the location was good- a lot of cafes and eateries aroundIts kind of located at a end- hence peaceful property Coming to the rooms- they could have been better- rooms have not been maintained wellNo TVBathrooms could do with a deep cleaning Curtains were stainedThe complimentary Breakfast was decent- u can choose between a variety of optionsThe pool looked amazing, tho we didn’t use itStaff was polite & courteous For the price we paid, we weren’t that happy with the room & amenities
