    Anumana Hotel Ubud An Unforgettable Stay!I had the most wonderful experience at Anumana Hotel in Ubud, and I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The service was exceptional and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every single person we met was warm, kind, and genuinely caring it truly felt like a home away from home.From the moment we arrived, NOFIA welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Her friendly smile set the tone for our stay, and she made us feel instantly comfortable.A special shoutout to RAI, who was absolutely phenomenal! He kindly opened the museum after hours just for us, guided us through the exhibits, and educated us so beautifully about Balinese culture. He also helped us take beautiful pictures of me and my friends together he truly has a talent for photography and made sure we had memories to take home with us! His knowledge, patience, and passion were truly impressive.MALIKI, our room service staff, was the sweetest. He checked on us twice, provided excellent service, and was always there immediately whenever we needed anything. His kindness made such a difference.When one of my friends wasn’t feeling well,EMIK at the front desk showed so much compassion. She arranged complimentary rice porridge and hot ginger honey tea to help her feel better such a thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated.At the restaurant, we were taken care of by Bayu, who was an absolute sweetheart. Due to a technical issue, the card machine wasn’t working and we didn’t have cash at that moment, BAYU simply took it on the house with so much grace. His generosity truly touched us. ATIK also served us with the loveliest smile, making our dining experience even better.The breakfast menu was delicious, and the team made sure everything was perfect.I also want to highlight the management flawless in every way. You can tell they genuinely value human emotions over money, and it shows in every interaction. The hotel’s standard of cleanliness is outstanding (and I am someone VERY particular about cleanliness!). Everything was spotless and well-maintained with no complaints at all.We stayed in the Jacuzzi room, overlooking a serene forest view, and it was the perfect place to unwind with my two friends. The architecture of the hotel is stunning every little detail deserves to be admired. The gift store was also beautiful, and we ended up shopping so many unique items.Overall, this is hands down the best place to stay in Ubud. The staff speaks excellent English, the ambiance is rich with raw Balinese culture, and every moment felt special. I left with a full heart and the sweetest memories.Thank you, Anumana Hotel, for making our trip unforgettable. We will absolutely be back! 🌿💛

    Great welcome and tour of hotel. Shuttle to Ubud daily. Staff used what’s app really well to communicate with me and responded quickly to any queries I had. Delicious food. All staff aware my husband was vegan and went out of their way to modify dishes or give him what he wished. Room was amazing. Cold drinks supplied in minibar. Nothing to fault.

    Beautiful hotel! We paid for the lagoon room we were given room 101 which is possibly the worst of these rooms as you cant actually see the pool from the seats on the balcony and is the furthest entrance to the pool. This did not spoil our stay though. The room was lovely, the hotel is very clean and modern yet felt Balinese. The staff are amazong they are so friendly and cant do enough for you. I liked that the breakfast area was overlooking the road so you could people watch with your morning brew. Breakfast was good lots of choice again the staff look after you and were happy to help with information on the area. The hotel location is good right next to monkey forest, having to pass the monkeys on the pavements every morning walking to Ubud centre was unique. Its a 15 minute walk to Ubud centre which has a great bustling atmosphere. Highly recommend Anumana Hotel we loved our 3 nights there.

    I loved the hotel, it modern decor with definite Balinese cultured twist weaved throughout shared areas. Excellent pool, spacious rooms, welcoming and helpful staff made for relaxing vacation.

    Very nice and clean hotel. Central location within walking distance to monkey forrest (3 min). Shops and supermarket around the corner. Restaurant ok. But better options just outside the hotel. Rooms Are nice and large. Fine pool - but not that warm. I would like to stay here again.
