    room is very dusty and smelly, bad air circulation. bathroom smells terrible and its floor is slippery (like when you leave it in water for a long time), and the toilet is broken. we wanted to move but it was unrefundable (we booked 4 nights), so we decided to upgrade our room (+150k/night). the “upgraded” version of our room is super dirty, its floor is oily. we called for the housekeeper but they said they are currently unavailable, so we HAD TO CLEAN THE ROOM OURSELVES. water heater doesn’t work. water gallon is empty. i highly do not recommend this hotel. not worth your money at all!

    The hotel was a big disappointment.advertised as having a kitchen.no kitchen's utensils,cups glasses jug,pots.dirty bathroom and kitchen.towels were like hand towels.had a look around and refused to stay there. Dont waste your money.location only good thing about this place.

    Stayed in 2 bed apartment. The only good thing is location. It’s dirty the room was near the foyer and bus loads of local tourists arrive daily and are very very loud. People talking on speaker phones at 6.30am. Breakfast was not edible.

    We stayed here for only two nights, and I can say nothing's special. Cool hotel but the interior design is not much my type but it's okay. The food & drinks were good and friendly staff. For me, this is just a middle rate hotel.

    the rooms are clean, quiet, the garden and surroundings are clean. very bad when going to shower the water does not turn on and the technician is very long to repair. the elevator that works only 1. another up and down stairs. for standard 3 star hotels I disagree.I will not come back here again.
