The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     Stayed here in October 2024 and booked both their villas as we had 11 adults, 5 kids (ages from 9months - 5 years).Villas were down the end of a little street which made it feel very private.Both villas were identical (mirrored layouts of one another). Beautifully renovated and kept amazingly clean.All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our kids loved them, as they always stopped to play with them which was so appreciated.They cook an amazing breakfast - best bacon we have ever had!We arranged a pool fence and baby gate for the stairs in advance which was very easy to organise with them.Great location with a lot of amazing cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend the little coffee shop located at the start of the street the villas are on - they have amazing Indonesian desserts. Also recommend PISON for coffee - as good as Melbourne coffee and loved the iced milk blocks in our iced coffees.We will defiantly stay here again! Highly recommend!

    Stayed at one of the villas with my family and friends. Loved every second. The villa provided aesthetic and safe pool fencing, high chair, cot and went above and beyond let us borrow a stroller from the staff. Rooms all very spacious to accommodate all of us. Recent refurbishments were also very well done and added to the ambience.The breakfast was great every morning prepared at the table for you and always fresh. The pool was great to relax in with good balance of sun and shade available along the deck and garden.Its laneway allows it to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of seminyak busy streets but still close to everything needed. The staff were all so lovely and really added to the service and stay.5 stars :)

    Down a quiet lane off Petitenget Street, with a picturesque rice field along one side (as if placed there especially for us tourists, but which is worked by neighbors), is this little patch of paradise. We literally oohed & ahhed as soon as our front gate was opened. Stunning villa, gorgeous pool (late night swims are lovely & warm and hardly a speck of noise to be heard), ridiculously comfy beds and bathrooms (note: although brighter lighting over bathroom mirror is necessary for those trying to put on make-up - or place an additional mirror in bedrooms where light is brighter). Breakfast prepared fresh in your kitchen at the time of your choice is the perfect way to start your day. Patu and Edy, and Arta were very friendly and helpful. Poolside massage is a must. Highly recommended.

    Tucked away at the bottom of a narrow alley this wonderful 3 bedroom villa is in a fantastic location for Seminyak’s best bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was an ideal size and the property well kept. Comfortable beds. Great sized rooms. Good easily fit 6. The stairs I’d say are not toddler friendly as they were steep with large gaps. The breakfast was simple but made up for in terms of freshness. If using taxis Probably best to be dropped off on the main road and walk down the alley - one bluebird driver was pretty upset with us as he couldn’t turn his taxi back and drove in reverse all the way up the dark alley.

    Best Villa in Seminyak

    Came to Bali for Christmas 2018 and New Years with our two older children. Perfect location where it was quiet but still just 5 mins from the main road, lots of shops and places to eat. The staff are so friendly and will assist with any request you ask. Air conditioning in every room and loads of space. We had an absolute amazing time. Thank you everyone.
