Location

This resort is located in Seminyak, approximately 1 km from the beach.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 10 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a fan. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. There is also an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort.     The villas are very run down and dirty. Our toilet and shower blocked twice when we were there. The pool has no filter so it is dirty stagnant water- we asked them to clean which they said they did but it took them over 24 hours so it was our last night. We didn’t use the pool. The staff were unhelpful and we felt like an inconvenience. The breakfast is really bad both me and my husband got sickness and diarrhoea. The villa is also a little way out so taxis needed but not all taxis willing to pick up on this side of sunset road. Not worth the money!!! This is the worst place we stayed in Bali.

    If you could just rate the staff, they would all get 5 Gold Stars. So kind, friendly, professional and helpful. This is our second visit to Asa Bali , the first time in 2019. One disadvantage to staying here is that it is on the wrong side of Sunset Road, a major 4 or 5 lane highway. Everything you want is on the other side, so you need to hire a car or scooter to get anywhere.And sadly, they have really let the place run down. Tiles had come off the swimming pool floor and walls, and there were rotting boards on the deck around the pool. The upholstery on the furniture was dirty, with cigarette burns on one chair. The bath under the shower had a big crack in it, something that should have been replaced immediately. Everything needs fresh paint and plaster.It felt like absolutely no maintenance had been done over the last 5 years. And that's sad as with the right upkeep this is a really good place. But the staff, they are wonderful.So much potential, if management just took the trouble.

    Great for first timers to Bali

    This was our first time to Bali as a family traveling with a teenager, we choose this villa as it offered a two bedroom villa with a private pool . Wanting to truly relax we wanted a private pool to just have the option to chill for a day or two. The rooms were spacious air conditioned and contained a large king sized bed. The master suite overlooked the pool which was lovely to wake up to each morning. There was a small kitchen which had micro wave and kettle and a large fridge which we stocked with icy cold bintang from Bintang Shopping Village. Mostly we ate out or grab food using the grab or go jek apps which when you know about these apps they are LIFE CHANGING .Our package included breakfast which was amazing , everything you need to start the day, make sure you order an omelette with the lot and try the chefs special which is usually a curry or pad thai... so delicious and our last day was black rice porridge and coconut milk which was delicious.Whilst the room was a little tired the team that looked after us for the 8 days were exceptional. The location is a little out a Seminyak however its only a short walk to the start of the shopping drag. I would recommend this hotel for first timers to get their bearings and work out how to navigate all Bali has too offer. Oh and it has FREE WIFI ad Netflix which is an added bonus when travelling with a teenager.

    ASA Villa Bali is a good place to stay with your family.They are provide a private room and swimming pool which are very comfortable to play around with your kids.The place itself is very clean and very good room services.We recommend you and family to stay here.

    The villa we were in was nice we had a private pool and the room was set up very nice - the bathroom could use a bit of tender love and care but we didn’t mind only downfall was that we paid for breakfast and it was not very nice at all not much to choose from and was cold - I wouldn’t pay extra to get this option!! Overall really nice staff they were very prompt to our requests
