    If you like a good breakfast and a nice duvet. Otherwise avoid.

    The room wasn't clean when we got there. There were blood stains on the sheets. The toilet wasn't cleaned and the fridge was smelly. We complained and they changed the sheets and cleaned the room. We stayed there for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned one single time after the first night. No changing of towels, bedsheets or cleaning the floor.The duvet on the other hand, was the nicest we have ever had in bali. Not to heavy, not too light.... just perfect. And their breakfast cafe was so good.

    Location was ok. The first room was terrible. Stained sheets. No fridge. Tv off the wall. Mouldy bathroom, smelly. Asked for a different room. It looked nicer, but the shower and taps had very little shower pressure. Like all jets blocked except 3 or 4 dripped water. Internet did not work. Had to buy a data plan. Stained sheets again. Not one day out of the 4 did I get housekeeping. I had to go to them multiple times for clean towels. No wash cloths. No bath mat. The door to my room could not be securely locked. I was just spent. I could only message through what’s app. Nobody ever returned my message. Nobody was ever at front desk. Pool tiles were lose inside the pool. Temp of pool was nice. Definitely a huge disappointment.

    My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. My headphones, and my friend's crucial medical documents were stolen from our room, and the staff was utterly unhulpful in resolving this issue. Despite 2 appointments to speak with the manager, he failed to show up, and there was zero follow-up. The lack of security and customer service is downright alarming. I strongly advise against staying here.

    The hotel location is amazing with good food nearby as well as the beach clubs at walking distance. The cleanliness at hotel was not very good, and also not much facilities to speak off. Sound proofing was not very good - you could hear all the happenings at the pool. I am not sure of the security - there is no gate or anything and the doors seemed flimsyProbably wouldn't book again. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are on a very tight budget. If you have funds book a better place

    We stayed here for three nights and had a comfortable double bed with clean sheets, a bathroom that was massive but could do with a deep clean and a private patio area. The room was really big and I liked the layout of it. The pool area looked nice although we didn’t use it. We found the hotel staff friendly and helped with everything as much as they could, although not the most professional but that’s okay, the whole place is really relaxed! Great location to restaurants and beaches. We had breakfast here once which wasn’t great for the price but lunch was better and cheaper! If you’re relaxed then you’ll have no trouble staying here!
