Location

This city hotel is located in the heart of Denpasar. It also offers easy access to all of the main attractions in South Bali and the surrounding areas. The hotel is just an hour’s drive from Denpasar International Airport and close to the island’s main business areas and central government offices.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 215 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

    Due to a colleague's wedding at the Aston Convention Center, my family and I spent one night in a deluxe room.Although the motel needed renovations and was outdated, it was nonetheless acceptable. The largest problem I had was a clogged toilet at night, which prevented the toilet from flushing and overflowed.The toilet had been fixed when I got back, but sadly, it hadn't been cleaned, so the bathroom was filthy, with remnants of the repairs and an abundance of toilet waste.When I went into the restroom the following morning, I discovered a foul stench and discovered that the exhaust system was also malfunctioning.I'm not sensitive about hotel rooms, but I regret to inform you that this was my first and final visit.     "I'm absolutely satisfied by this hotel! The location is strategic, situated right in the heart of the city. The service exceeded my expectation, their staff are friendly and responsive.They really go above and beyond to make guests feel comfort and happy. Check in process was so fast, no more than 3 minutes. Special appreciation for PENDI that help us a lot during the stay. I will definitely come back.

    I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.When I was choosing a family room, there were two options: one with a king-size bed and two regular beds, and another one with four regular beds. I immediately disliked the second option, so I booked the one with the king-size bed and two regular beds. That room was available at the time of booking, so I reserved and fully paid for it almost two weeks in advance.When I arrived, I was shocked to find out that my prepaid and confirmed room had simply been given away to someone else. They offered me the exact room I had specifically rejected — with four regular beds. That’s how they treat their guests: you pay for one thing, and they force you into something else.Even though the hotel is only 14 years old, the condition of the rooms is appalling. Everything is shaky and poorly maintained, the furniture creaks, and the air conditioners are so loud it’s impossible to sleep. The bed sheets are damp, there are tons of mosquitoes in the room — you just can’t relax. The bathrooms constantly smell like sewage. The toilets are filthy, and I found someone else’s hair in the sinks.I booked and paid through Trip.com and realized this is the first time in my life I skipped reading the negative reviews (which I usually trust the most). It’s obvious the hotel is scamming Trip.com by submitting outdated photos and misleading information.For example, all rooms look neat and clean in the pictures, but in reality — it’s a nightmare. The description says nothing about the hotel not guaranteeing the number or size of beds in the room you book. But the hotel lies and claims it’s all clearly stated and they don’t guarantee anything. Total scam.Strongly not recommended. A huge disappointment.I paid for two nights, but I’m checking out after the first one — this place is so bad, you just need to run and never look back.     A stretegic hotel at the city center of Denpasar

    A hotel with strategic location at the city center. It has a good service and the food is varied and tastes good. The best pount is it serves refill drinking water on the corridor completed with its drinking tools in each room so we don't need to worry to get less water and no need to spend more just for buying bottles of mineral water outside. The family room is comfortable and I think all the rooms are spacious with their full set amenities and facilities.     The worst 4 stars hotel I’d stayed so far

    Never ever stay in this hotel, no matter what. Keep in mind: this is a 4 stars hotel. The only reason I don’t rate 1 star because the bedroom is clean. Let me provide you the brief(1) In the 1st day of staying, I laundry my clothes and it was returned damp. I had to dry it using hair dryer. In addition, I had to pay the laundry charge immediately as it’d returned. It can’t be charged to the room (never witness this kind of practice in other 4 stars hotel). Furthermore, I had to proactively contact the front office asking the laundry to be returned.(2) Still about the laundry. In the evening of the 1st day, there’s no laundry list provided in the room. When I ask the staff (when he returned my 1st day laundry clothes), he told me that they are running out of the list, so he told me just to put the clothes (to be laundries) in the laundry basket (box) and tomorrow morning (the 2nd day) it would be picked up by the staff. I followed the instruction and guess what happened when I back to the room in the evening (the 2nd day)? The clothes were still in the box with an empty laundry list form on it. (3) They left a dirty mop (I think used to clean the room) on the table of the living room (I stayed in the Deluxe Premier). This is unbelievable, really unbelievable. (4) I think they have problem with the bathroom piping maintenance. There’s unpleasant stinky smell came out after I use the flush or sink. (5) The TV channels are very limited, around 30 channels only. No CNN, CNA, CNBC, BBC, HBO, etc.(6) The breakfast choices were relatively much much less compare to other 4 stars hotel in Bali. Moreover, majority of the table arrangement is for 10 pax (a big round table) with no preparation at all. Just an empty tables.(7) The room (and front office area in general) had a strong aroma of jasmine flower because they use a kind of aroma oil. I requested to remove the aroma oil from the room. However, the aroma/smell stays for at least 3 days (until the day I checked out). It seems like the aroma is staying forever.
