Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and fishing are available. With windsurfing, snorkelling and diving available, the complex also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sport and leisure facilities at the apartment complex include a gym and table tennis. A spa, a sauna and massage treatments are available in the wellness area.

    Our stay at AYANA has been absolutely wonderful – from the very first moment we immediately felt at home. The facilities and services are of the highest quality and truly provide everything one could wish for.What made our experience outstanding was the people. Every member of the staff was polite, attentive and genuinely kind, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere throughout our stay.I would especially like to highlight Manu, whose kindness and care stood out every single day. He understands children so well – during a short buggy ride he turned my tired, fussy daughter into a smiling, cheerful child, and from then on she couldn’t wait to see him every day.We simply love it here! Highly recommended!

    AYANA Residence luxury Apartments was perfect for our adult family.We stayed for five nights in a three bedroom ground floor apartment with its own private pool. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday.The pool was the icing on the cake and was used constantly to relax beside on the covered day bed and to cool down in.Easy walk to the Segara resort for restaurant breakfasts and Bars. And the shuttle was available to go further if required. We swam in the AYANA residence’s own spacious guest pools.

    Excellent and very spacious and well appointed 3BR apartment with very nice, long balcony overlooking exquisitely manicured gardens and, in the distance, Jimbaran Bay. Amazing sprawling grounds, immaculately landscaped with lush tropical gardens and access to the awesome facilities available at the Ayana Hotel/ Rimba/ Segara/ complex such as the Rock Bar, fitness center, several pools and private beach. Will definitely return soon! Service and F&B are top notch and well worth a 5 star rating and overall excellent value for money.

    Great spot within the Ayana complex. The apartment was huge with spectacular ocean views. A great option for families or larger groups with three bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a massive living area and kitchen. While it does not count as part of the resort in order to access the resort pools, there are two pools in the Residence complex which were empty every time we went there (Ayana pools were fairly busy) everything else within Ayana including restaurants was easily accessible with a quick call to the lobby to organise a buggy (no waiting for scheduled carts like you do if you are staying in one of the resort hotels).Staff were great and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. It was my birthday and they decorated the room while we were out and left a cake at no charge!

    We have absolutely loved our stay at Anaya. I can’t express how beautiful and spacious this whole resort is, it’s huge! There are so many amazing things to do here, from roof top pools and sunset views, the room at our residence area was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and clean with amazing furniture and finishing touches in the apartment. The balcony has a stunning view and the beds are so comfy and snug, the bedrooms are also spacious and cute with a gorgeous view en-suite and shower. I would definitely come back to this resort, there are so many things to do here and it also includes 13 restaurants and stunning views around the whole resort. A stunning place and experience overall and the staff can’t do enough for you, everybody is so kind and helpful.Thank you all so much for our stay :)
