Location

The hotel is situated on a cliff, overlooking the sea, and easily reachable from different parts of the country. Jimbaran Beach is about a 5-minute drive away. It is just 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, 20 minutes from Nusa Dua and Uluwatu Temple and 40 minutes from the capital city, Denpasar.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 368 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system, a DVD player and WiFi ensure optimal comfort. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including tennis, golf and a putting green. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy diving, water aerobics and aquafit. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, billiards, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, table tennis. There is a wellness area with a spa, a beauty salon, hydrotherapy treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including an entertainment programme and a kids' club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Pristine paradise perfectionThis is your holiday of a lifetime. Like waking up on your birthday every day with gifts around every corner. In fact make sure you tell your waiter it’s your birthday and they will sing you a special version of Happy Birthday that will bring a smile to your face. Jaw dropping vistas in every direction. Delicious food for everyone’s taste. Service at that next level, you’ll feel so special you won’t want to go home. I feel like anything I say about this place it will be an understatement. It’s a real problem running out of words of commendation for this place. In fact, you just can’t fault this resort, if you can then you’re a sad person.You don’t have to try to relax or wind down at Ayana, it just an autonomic response. They have thought of every need even before you thought you needed it. We were having lunch one day at Sami Sami and I only had to look at the waitress and she knew I was ready for our bottle of wine. Each restaurant or pool area greets you on arrival with so many wow moments you wear out the word “Amazing”. It’s a unique journey into each one, the path is never straight or boring, but a winding beautiful adventure, you’ll feel like an explorer looking for treasure and wondering how you could be so fortunate to have this holiday.We stayed in the residences and felt like celebrities. Rooftop pools with ocean views, concierge and buggy drivers whenever you need. Peaceful and quiet you are far from the “Maddening crowds “. In fact even though we stayed during “Golden week” a busy holiday time we never felt crowded, it was almost like “Where is everybody?”The Rock bar is a must do, so picture perfect at sunset you won’t want to stop taking photos. It’s just an attempt to store the memory forever, because you’ll never want to forget your time here.Book it, book it now, it’s worth it and more and so are you.     Ayana is an en ruble resort and I would highly recommend staying here. We booked the garden view room at the Ayana Resort, with a king size bed and the decor is so nice. I felt like I was transported into another world. The entire resort is so pristine, the staff are incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. They feel like family and made us feel right at home. The value of the room and the resort is more than what we ever imagined or even expected. Ayana will definitely see us again in future. Every pool area had its own atmosphere with views on views and if you needed more views of the sunset, the rock bar was a massive favourite. There is so much to see and do, you won’t run out of experiences, only time. I highly suggest using the app and plan your itinerary to get to everything you would like to do. With our package, we received amazing complementary services such as the therapy pool and the resort treated me for my birthday with plenty of incredible surprises. We felt so loved and cared for. Thank you to the Ayana team for all the love and kindness, special thank you to Sastra for helping us on our arrival at 2 am in the morning. We are grateful to you and the lovely crew.     Out side of the amazing amenities this resort has, people working here are the main reason my family and I have continued to come back here every year for the last five years. I would like to give a special thank you to the follow people.April 29, 2026, from Segara, Sutris at the pool and Erik, from Karang remembered us from are last trip and made sure we had everything we needed during breakfast. May 1, 2026, Fingky from Dava also remembered us and took extra care of our family, she was really nice to our kids. May 1, 2026 Granda Agus from Rimba pool was amazing and really did an amazing service.May 1, 2026, Prita from the Thalassotherapy Spa area was amazing! She took the time to explain how to make the welcome tea that’s offered. May 1, 2026, the person that did our room service today, I believe her name was Dava but I’m not sure. She made a monkey out of towels for my son and he loves it.
