    My family and I enjoyed a warm and homely stay at B.Saya, thanks to the outstandingly friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to make our experience more comfortable.The facilities were of standards that are value for the money, the western and Indonesian restaurant food were well made and the place itself is relaxing.What made our memories invaluable were the friendships we made with the staff and the guests. Thank you to them and highly recommend!

    The Best 2 Nights Most Relaxed Stay I've had in a long time!

    How do I even begin! The staff made it all. Their hospitality from A-Z was the best service I've had that even outweighs 5 star hotels I've stayed around the world. Rudi the manager, Jero, Nyoman, Wiwid, Arika. All become family. I stayed 2 nights during Nyepi and had the best sleep, ever, on the most comfiest bed in Jepun #3. The massage chair 💺 in the balcony was the highlight of the room watching the stars and relaxing my body which was so much needed after a busy week. They catered my complimentary breakfast to my room past 10am (when they close the buffet) as I tend to eat later during the day. The pool was immaculate. The space to walk and breath the gorgeous expansive rice fields view was exactly what I was desiring for Nyepi in silence. They all taught us how to prepare canang sari flower offerings and fruit offerings as well as learning how to dance - so much fun and connections with new friends / guests. Arika was such a sweetheart to make popcorn for me and watch the stars by the pool during Nyepi night in silence with all the lights switched off at the hotel. We watched fireflies and had a sweet short talk about her life in Bali. I loved my stay so much that it deserves more than 5 stars 🌟 And once again, it all came down to the staff. Forever grateful to your kindness, laughter, fun energy and family like service, hospitality, love and care. With so much respect and love to you all - I can't wait to return!     This is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location for central Ubud. The rooms are clean and comfortable with wonderful traditional décor. The staff and attentive and friendly and always there to help and answer questions.     Everything about the hotel was nice. They have a free shuttle back and forth to the town center, a few minutes away. Staff were very nice. Nice pool. For those who might enjoy walking, there is a nice ridge trail not too far away. Best to ask for details.     This place is amazing! Location is good as you will be in a more private/not so busy area yet you are just 3-5 mins away from Central. They offer daily cleaning, free shuttle service to and from Ubud Palace. Amazing staff! Bonus is a great view of subset amidst a ricefield, while lounging in their pool.
