    We had great stay. here! They are kind to fetch me and wife from the airport using their own transport. at an affordable price! The room they gave us was really nice and we enjoyed all amenities. It is clean and quiet. What I appreciated the most is that you don't need to bring socket adapter becase their socket is universal type.

    This property is a complete scam. Please do not stay here. The photos advertised online and the reality do not match, not even close! It’s a rundown, filthy property that will make you physically ill if you stayed there. The owners are liars and greedy! We had a fully paid non-refundable booking for 9 nights from 21-29th Dec. Given the dire and disgusting state of the villa, we left after a night ON ACCOUNT of the fact that we will be given 8 days refund (see confirmation screenshot). It’s now been over 2 weeks and all the property says is they’re waiting for confirmation from their 3rd party. They not only made MORE money giving off our villa during the peak festive season but also have been paid in full via the 3rd party as the booking was paid in advance, yet, they are scamming us for the refund. See attached pictures, you will notice BLOOD stains on the sheets and the state of the bathroom and toilet will make you gag. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF IT IS FOR FREE!!!

    Disappointing Stay!

    The villa was a total disappointment!The room was poorly maintained, with visible wall cracks, a strong sewage smell from the toilet, dim lighting with many bulbs spoilt, and algae growing along the sides of the pool. Basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not even labeled, making it confusing to use. The security locker was broken and unusable.The room was full of mosquitoes even when the door was only slightly opened. Service staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed no initiative. I had requested a room decoration in advance (like what others mentioned in reviews), but when I arrived, there was none. Even after I followed up, the staff were reluctant and dismissive, so I gave up.Please do not stay here if you are expecting a nice, romantic stay. Truly disappointing experience.

    From the very entering our Villa it was obvious it had not been prepped for a new arrival. Breakfast area: fridge blocked up with thick ice. Strip curtain inoperative/broken. Kitchen cupboards chipped and drawers loose-hanging. Master bedroom: vanity drawer loose. Floor tiles chipped & scratched. TV a nightmare to use. Toilet: lid loose and DISGUSTINGLY stained underside! Bathroom: loose handbasin faucet. No plug.Issues raised with Reception - but no results eminating.Very friendly staff tho'. (But that doesn't help the issues involved!)Shall NOT be returning here.
