Location

The hotel is located 100 metres from Kuta beach, 10 minutes' walk from the art market and only 5 minutes' drive from Ngurah Rai Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 100 rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Ideal for a budget traveller

    We get everything - nice garden, pool, balcony, huge enough room. As a bonus a really good restaurant inside the hotel and the huge mall next to the hotel. The staff was nice and smiling. Only the bathroom was with black stains of mold, but it is normal for Asia. Also missed the shampoo and shower gel (there was only a soap), a towel for hands (there was only 2 big towels) and a pool towel.

    Very disappointed!When we arrived found the towels with brown stains that looked suspiciously like 💩. The bed sheets were no better with yellow stains on sheets and pillow cases. The shower, once we had to fix it so it woukd work, soaks the toilet and toilet paper every time. No spare toilet roll in the crusty rusted metal shelf.The fridge was filthy with the ice cube tray firmly frozen to the bottom of the freezer tiny box that is badly in need of defrosting.I'm highly allergic to cats. Cats are EVERYWHERE and had to fight to keep them out of my room every time I opened the door. Big gap under front door allowing bugs and cat fur easy access to the room.The TV quality is terrible with no children's TV programs as promised in the amenities description.Cut the back of my head on a jagged bit on the headboard.My daughter has autism and this place just about broke her 😑 Certainly not the 1st Bali trip experience we were hoping for and will be happy to cut our losses and pay for another hotel for our remaining 7 days.

    We booked 28 July 25 to 31 July 25. We were not advised that the hotel is undergoing major renovations with half the rooms closed and extremely noisy during the day. We arrived at midnight. The room we booked wasn't the room we got due to that part of the buildings has most of its roof off. No mini bar, no toiletries, coffee etc. Just a kettle only. Then to top it off no hot water the whole stay due to the renovations. Book elsewhere if you want a nice stay.

    Extremely bad experience, harrassed by a receptionist!!

    Extremely bad experience in this hotel, mostly because I'm currently harrassed by one of your receptionist, sending me messages everyday on Whatsapp after she asked me for my number. This is extremely unrespectful from the hotel to let employees behave this way.I sent messages to the hotel about my complain but nobody answered me yet. Could you please ask your employee to stop?? Her name is Yusti, I sent all the details on my messages.I don't recommend this hotel AT ALL.

    2 60 + women ,had to ask for help with our suitcases,room was ugly,very uncomfy beds ,shower sprayed every where,wasnt worth it just to be close to airport .grounds very untidy,huge dead rat at entrance..if you want to relax before flight dont go there,maybe good for younger people
