  DO NOT STAY HERE. As a frequent traveller to Bali we stay at cheap hotels, therefore our expectations are not that high. However, Bali Diva was the most disgusting place I have been in, almost vomit material that we left and forfeited the week we had paid in advance. Staff are rude and don't care at all.

  Always find this place nice and relaxing, just a small hotel in the middle of poppies lane 1, so close to everything. I stay here at least twice a year. The people that I met also come back regularly so now they are friends as well as the staff.

  The pool is the only thing that made staying in this place for just one night bearable.Upon arrival at 11pm we were told that our booking was not valid having already paid and being unable to get a refund through agoda. The hotel staff demanded more money or simply said you can sort yourself out leaving us on our first night in Bali with no where to stay.After the disagreement we decided we had no choice but to stay a night swiftly leaving the following morning due to the disgusting room, crawling with insects and bed bugs!! The room looked like it hadn’t seen a renovation or a clean since the 1930’s. Do not stay here!!

  The room was basic and clean. Air-con cable TV, fridge. Some rooms still have baths some don't. If you book in advance I'm sure they will accommodate you. The pool was clean and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The warung attached had the best Nasi goreng that I had eaten my whole trip. The warung staff were also friendly and brilliant. My bed was comfortable. I can't fault it for 25 dollars a night. I would book here again if I was staying in kuta. It's close to everything that you want to see in and around kuta

  Booked for 10 nights, left after the first night, on booking we were told what was included but ...bath - but no bath plug. Bathrobe & slippers,Free toiletries , Pool towels, bottled water, None of this was available. Shampoo & soap dispensers empty. Bed lumpy. No atmosphere. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
