Location

Situated in the peaceful Tuban area, this family-friendly resort is surrounded by 2.5 hectares of lush greenery and only a few minutes walk from the beach. It is located just a short stroll from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and within easy reach of the nearest airport.

Facility

The resort has 312 rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A waterslide guarantees plenty of fun for young and old, and the pool bar provides sustenance and refreshing drinks. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site volleyball. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, darts, yoga and callisthenics or, for a fee, table tennis and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy atmosphere of the 4 restaurants, which are equipped with high chairs. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Hotel staff were wonderful, they bent over backwards to see that all our needs were met. DO NOT EAT in the restaurant. Food is all packaged microwave, expensive and very low quality. Staff was excellent and very good it was plain bad food, just typical microwave fair.     We stayed for two nights in Badajoz. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Sergio at the front desk was especially helpful in making adjustments to our reservation. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The "family" room was clean and comfortable. The location is outside of the old town, so we drove to visit the sites there. It may be a bit of a long walk if you are unable to handle the distance. Underground, private garage parking was a plus (9 Euros a day extra) but gave us piece of mind after our travels with only street parking. Overall, accommodations were as I would expect from a Bonvoy Marriott. I would highly recommend.

    Nicely located at the outskirts of the historic city centre

    Stopover on our way to the Algarve. The hotel is situated about 20 minutes walk along the river to the historic city centre. Many restaurants and some shops around. Free parking outside the hotel. Friendly staff. Room with 3 single beds (no rooms with one double and one single bed). Bathroom with bathtub (more and more rare these days). Breakfast offerings were OK. All by all, a nice hotel, well situated for a city trip or transit to the Algarve...

    Well located, clean hotel. A true Marriott. Front desk Ms. Ana was very helpful and hospitable. Good breakfast with tasty food and friendly staff. Many nearby restaurants. Only problem was air conditioning not cooling enough at our Room. We reported it. Would certainly stay again.

    I have stayed at this hotel before so we returned again on this trip. This hotel is very good, friendly reception and reasonable breakfast. Price was excellent too. Nearby a very large shopping mall with all kinds of stores and fast food places. Just across from the hotel there are excellent Tapas bars, restaurants. There is also a small park in front of the hotel. Plenty street parking and the hotel also have a garage.*****
