    Stayed here for 3 nights in total because the location was not far from the airport. The room & bed was comfortable enough but the bathroom had a very strong smell of urine and there was mould in the shower. The safe wasn’t working which was annoying. Our room was facing the pool and sleeping in was not an option as kids started to squeal starting from sunrise. When we asked if we could change rooms, they said no. The location is not great if walking around as roads very busy and no footpaths.My main gripe is with the breakfast that we paid extra for. When comparing the food to other similar hotel breakfasts in Bali, it was very average. Even the Nasi Goreng was way too oily. No fresh juice, only sugared cordial. Coffee & tea was so bad it was undrinkable! Not even herbal tea bags were available. Little cakes & pastries were disappointing too.Plates & cutlery was dirty. When we tried to communicate with the staff to take our orders, they didn’t understand English. I wouldn’t mind if they were still learning and had someone to translate but there seemed to be only one who could and she was not always around to help.
