Location

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed.     Fantastic location. Room spacious with king and single bed plus sofa. Easy walking access to malls and shop. Service is impeccable frm all areas. Never a dissapointment. Value for money.     The superior rooms are really bad. Felt suffocating. Please go for the Deluxe rooms they are more spacious and please try to take the ones with Pool view. The pool was very good. The spa was overrated, would not recommend it. The receptionist called Chris, helped us a lot sorting out our room. But not all staff were friendly. Like the one worker called Yastini was very rude and felt condescending. I would recommend this hotel as average if you wish to stay in Kuta with a tight budget.     Had no problems with our stay. Food average but not unusual compared to other places I've stayed. Location fine, pool brilliant, rooms good. Would recommend the hotel if you dont want upmarket facilities.
