Location

This hotel is located on the rural outskirts of Ubud overlooking the Wos River. Guests will find the centre of Ubud, Ubud Monkey Forest, the art market, the Royal Palace and the starting point for white water rafting tours all just a 5-minute drive away. It is 15 minutes by car to the Elephant Safara Park and the property lies approximately 45 minutes' drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

Guests can spend their stay in the privacy of the 17 villas/houses. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and a fan ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. The dining area includes a restaurant with air conditioning and a bar. The resort offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. It's a scam and haunted villa. My friend saw a ghost dancing in our room. My friend told me after when we checked out early. Booked for 9 nights. Upon check-in we were told that they moved us to a 2 bedroom villa. Got so excited about it. When we open the door, OMG. The villa looked like its old n run down. It truly look haunted. I wasn't happy with the conditions. I will add the the photos with my review. I ask for another villa and they show me another 2 bedroom villa. It look exactly the same but the grass was so long. So I just stayed one night in the villa. DO NOT STAY VILLA 211. If u believe in ghost, u will see the the ghost dancing in Ur room on the table. Even the ghost moved to my friends bedside table. After my friend told me. I had goosebumps and my body hairs all sticking up along my neck and arms.Lost my $600. Agents should delete this villa from their website. All reviews 100% truth about this villa. U WILL loose Ur money.

In such a beautiful country with warm amazing people these are the most disgusting ,dirty and run down villas in the whole of bali.Do not book this decapitated hovel.This is the worst resort I have ever experienced and it isn't worth one star

booked and paid with confirmation through agoda. Arrive at the property, the staff said its full booked, the staff asking to contact agoda to get full refund. So silly, talked with the manager even doesn’t get any result. Hands gave up. Be careful, this is not the first time happened. it happens many times as the staff said. unlucky if you can’t get your money back. because its refundable.

❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ !!!!!!!THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!Was nothing like what is advertised, wasn’t cleaned from last guest, management was rude.Was only in the room for 2 minutes before feeling like I needed a shower Just from walking in there.The bathroom was absolutely disgusting 🤢Dirtiest place I have ever seen in my life and told staff and no one cared they just said okay you can find somewhere else and you won’t be getting refunded.Even found a bags of drugs on the floor of the bedroom right as we opened the door.WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Bed bugs and mould, the worst Villa in Bali, beware!

Bed bugs and mould in every mattress, beware!Please don’t make the same mistake we did, arriving at 3am to an uninhabitable villa with 3x kids. We were forced to find another hotel at 3am and manager Richard Pak refused to provide a refund. Things the worst Bali hotel/ Villa experience we’ve had after many years coming to Bali. I have photos and videos of the bed bugs crawling over the mattress if you want to see 🤯
