    Extremely noisy sadly

    rating27 Sept 2025

Staff very kind, food good, pool great but the noise is full on. It overseas a village and it can be incredibly loud. If your looking for peace, it’s not for you,

Great hotel, amazing views and lovely staff

    rating02 Nov 2024

Such a beautiful hotel, in a beautifully untouched part of Bali, Amed. As mentioned by other travellers, the rooms are very spacious, clean and with amazing view of the sea and sunrise. The cleanliness is something I particularly noted, the room, bedsheets and bathroom all very spotless. The bed was comfortable, covered by a mosquito net for protection (but was not an issue on this trip). The rest of the hotel, particularly the pool is beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food served at the hotel was excellent. Some delicious authentic Balinese cuisine as well as international dishes; all really fresh and tasty. As a solo traveller I felt really safe here and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Amed. It is a little bit outside Amed, but in my opinion so worth it because you are set on the cusp of the mountains and the sea, observing the way the locals live.

Very clean and peaceful hotel. Located near to the beach. Our Room was very tidy and offered a great seaview. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We Warmly recommend the snorkeling Tour by Tujuki as well. Would come here again. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. No mosquitos.

    Love Baliku.

We had a very comfortable couple of nights staying at Baliku. All the electricity was in working order and no problems from unassuming staff. They were all very good in fact.As mentioned by others, the rooms are lovely - large and simplistic in design with a Mediterranean flair. The views from much of the resort are fabulous, from the dining area, pool and rooms.Perfect location for diving or snorkeling the Japanese shipwreck out the front of the hotel. This end of Amed is quiet and it would be beneficial to have a scooter, but transport is easily arranged and inexpensive. Amed is a very long stretched out town with no real town centre so in that regard, it doesn't really matter about the location like in other places. The menu is good, definitely favouring a Western palate but there is enough Indonesian if that is what you want. The meals and breakfasts we had there were very good, freshly made and served in a timely fashion.Recommend.

Bali -Amed Baliku resort, March 2024.

    rating08 Mar 2024

This was our third visit to Baliku and it just let us down on this trip.Day one, they forgot to pick us up at our hotel in Tuban after we had pre-booked our transfer. Several telephone calls and WhatsApp messages with us threatening to cancel our stay finally had a driver turn up.Got there very late in the day to a room right up top, as usual a very nice room. After dinner and getting to our room we were met with staff sitting outside their room talking and smoking, they must have been staying in the room near us.Day two started seeing power issues at the resort, no power to the rooms many times during the day and into the night.Subsequently trying to sleep with door open, no windows in the room, so no cross breeze. Eventually falling sleep even tho it was incredibly hot and muggy, only to be woken by resort staff outside our room talking in full voice all arguing about what the electric problem was, some shouting from me convinced them to be quiet.Day three still power issues. We cut our 5 nights down to two nights and left, will I come back to Amed and Baliku, no.Staff were accommodating, food was good but that end of Amed is not the same after Covid, lots of business’s have not re-opened.
