Location

This hostel/youth hostel warmly welcomes guests in Kuta. For those in need of an adults-only holiday, it provides everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hostel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Should’ve walked away as soon as I got inside and smelled the odor of old stale smoke and general grossness.

    Great hotel best thing that got me here was the great FREE breakfast and the kind people that worked here always saying good morning and asking if we needed anything.The location was great very small town but easy to get to anything and everything 15 minutes to Lake Geneva and half hour to 45 minutes to shopping Outlets at Gurnee Mills.The atmosphere was great as we went when Gary Con was going on so it was very busy with a lot of happy people going to the Con and we felt very welcomed from the time we got there.Our room was perfect had everything we needed a shower and a tub with a toilet and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The sink was just outside the door. We had a king bed with 2 chairs to sit if we wanted to and a desk with a chair as well plus a fridge and a microwave which was great as we were there for 4 nights. Our bed was super comfy. Heat and fan and AC worked perfect.The value was the best I could find and I don't regret a cent of it. I would go back there again and again. and like i said previously the breakfast was the best of it all.The workers tried to keep it very clean all the time every time i opened the door someone was always walking around cleaning. If we needed anything like extra towels or anything they were happy to give them to us.The noise level wasn't bad at all except the one time someone left their poor fur babies in the room by themselves and that wasn't the hotels fault at all.I slept right through the night with the television quietly on and had a great night sleep.Everything was great the staff took great care of us and I thank each and everyone of them for making it feel like home for a few days when we came from Canada.We hope to see you again in the future

    The rooms and bedding are clean and provided ample towels. Air conditioner also provided comfort. The refrigerator was buzzing. Also, there is no elevator here. Please keep that in mind.

    It was a very reasonable price and clean. Jack, the maintenance/front desk guy, was great!! Happy and helpful!! The other staff people were also very friendly!! Thank you!!     Run Down/ No Amenities

    A very dated and run down hotel in disrepair with no amenities, not even an elevator. The price really determines whether or not I would recommend this hotel.When I stayed here, the price was $160/night plus tax and fees which worked out to almost $250. At that price this hotel is horrible. At $50/night, I'm ok because my expectations at that price line up with what this hotel delivers. A run down bed with a pillow off the highway.
