  The staff are very friendly & accommodating. The room is clean but need lil bit renovation. I could say it's very good value for this kind of room in the heart of canggu. I recommend you choose Studio Pool Access Room or Mezzanin Room (kinda apartment with two separate floor, it's cool). It's nice place to stay.

  This accommodation was really affordable and in a fairly good location in Canggu. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms need some maintenance but we found it very clean. Overall a good experience.

  This is the second time that we have stayed at Berawa Beach Residence. First time we stayed for 3 months--this time we stayed for a month. It’s not a high-end place, so good for a budgeted stay for a month or two. The new manager is awesome and is in the middle of giving the Residence some great new updating. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The beds are comfy, the location can't be beat, close to the beach by scooter, water is offered 24/7, good aircon, and it's near some of the best restaurants in Canggu. We will stay there again in the future and look forward to seeing everyone again. :) :)

  Don’t stay here - not true to photos

  Don’t bother staying here.. We came to stay here the other day and the room stunk of cigarettes, we asked to move room and were told there were no more available. We went back to the room and got our bags and left - on telling the staff we were going to alternate accommodation she asked if we wanted to try a different room (after just being told there wasn’t another room available) and said she couldn’t refund us.   The location are close with the Berawa & Batu Bolong beach, perfect place for the surfers.There is pool on site, the room equipped with kichenette + kitchen tools + dining tools, fridge, bathroom + hot shower+ toiletries + have quite big space, TV and an AC. They also provide a water by jug that you can refill (Ecofriendly).The bed is comfortable with duvet and perfect pillow size, not too thick,not too thin 😊.Also tere is free wifi access with a good speed.Staff there is also friendly.By the price that we've paid, this place is worth to stay.We would like to extend our night there but unfortunately their room is full for the next day.Might comeback for the other day.Thanks for your hospitality.
