The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace.     Wow!! What an amazing place. Just spend the last 10 nights here and it's been perfect. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure that you have a relaxing time here. From the tinny details (turning down your bed every night) to helping you arrange days. The staff are always happy and smiling, every time I went out for a walk and came back, there was someone to greet me!     My husband and I chose to visit Bali as our honeymoon destination. We wanted a villa that was peaceful and relaxing and we found just that at Berry Amour Romantic Villas. We were greeted by the most friendly hosts and staff. They really made our stay here so amazing. The staff truly care about their guests and that is shown through their daily kindness, gestures and constant support. The candlelight dinner we had one evening was arranged in the most perfect and romantic way, and the food was exceptional.     Berry Amour Romantic Villa is a great place for surprise trip if you want to plan one. They will keep everything tight-lip from your partner and I really appreciate all of the staff’s efforts into preparing the surprise. Their service and response time were also excellent!
