    Great Stay with Warm Service – Just Wished for Better Info at Check-In

    Thank you, Best Western Kamala, for a comfortable one night stay. I was very happy with my room on the 5th floor it was in a non-smoking area, just as I requested and the atmosphere was peaceful and clean.A special thanks to Lara Ari from the reservations team, who arranged my airport pick-up. She responded promptly via email, and the driver patiently waited even though my flight was delayed. I really appreciated that extra care after a long journey.However, I feel the check-in process could be improved, especially for guests arriving late. I wasn’t informed that room service ends at 10:00 PM, and there was no mention of this in the room or online. I only found out when I tried to place an order and he was told the restaurant had already closed.As someone who enjoys spa treatments, I was also disappointed to only learn about the hotel’s spa promotions during lunch at check-out, when a therapist offered me the service. Had I known earlier, I would have made time for it but by then, my airport driver had already arrived.That said, I had a great experience with the friendly restaurant staff, and Mr. Yono from housekeeping gave me such a warm welcome that I felt right at home as a local guest.The food was delicious and reasonably priced, definitely worth it.Overall, it was a pleasant stay with lovely staff. With just a bit more information provided at check-in, the guest experience could be even better. Thank you again!

    The first time check in, staff really helpful, he explain everything about the hotel and operational hours, came to the bed room I was surprised that the room very spacious and have balcony with a nice view. The breakfast was good as well, really love it

    comfortable bed, clean room, very comfortable pillows, very clean sheets and towels. very good service, friendly staff and also very professional. the location is very close to the mall, 24-hour minimarket and pharmacy. Easy to find a food ..

    When we reached hotel no one was there to help with luggage transfer.. except that everything was good. Be it food, services, internet and clrleaniness. Overall good stay as nearby most of the famous places. If budget allowed then will surely recommend this place

    When i arrived at the hotel the girls front desk staff are welcoming me with friendly and explained the details for me. My check in was so smooth. I came to my rooms its quite spacious but unfortunately the gave me the connecting rooms which i can noisy from other rooms. The bathrooms are clean but, the aircon not really cold i felt hot at night they needs to maintenance this. When i came to breakfast, theres a lot various foods but i had moment when i took the potato i thinks it's just out from fridge caused the potato they served at stall sections is cold, OmG!! The staff very attentive to ask for eggs to us, if we want to order the eggs. I enjoy the breakfast but not really the best one caused i had some issued for the food and drinks. The ambience at the hotel needs more improvement, i didn't say bad or good in between.
