    The service is just lovely, all the staff is very kind and friendly, the breakfast buffet was great. The lobby is excellent for relaxing. The rooms a lot bit old but all the rest was perfect.

    The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were all friendly, especially the receptionist, who was always helpful and provided information throughout my stay at the Best Western Kuta Villa.The breakfast was also delicious.The housekeeping staff were also friendly, and the room cleaning service was excellent.
