Location

This finca is located only minutes away from Seminyak Beach, offering spectacular sunsets which can be viewed from the delightful beachside cafés and bars. Seminyak is also a world class shopping, eating and nightlife destination with several of Asia's best restaurants, bars and discos. The resort centre of Kuta is around 7 km away and Legian Beach is 4 km away. Ngurah Rai International is the nearest airport.

Facility

In addition to 16 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 16 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk are on hand round the clock to assist guests with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The finca has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. Finca has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

No matter the wather, guests can always find refreshment in one of the 16 indoor and outdoor pools. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered diving. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. Finca offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a spa and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room and a breakfast room. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast gives guests many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte or choose a set menu.

    Great villa in the heart of Seminyak. Lovely outdoors area with a really good size pool.The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face and willing to help if they can.We made contact with Siska and was so helpful and assisted us on a number of occasions.We stayed at the Bhavana Private Villas as my Daughter and Son-in-law had stayed here previously and loved it so much.

    Major construction site next door with constant noise, up until 1am one night whilst they poured concrete, countless maintenance issues, pool steps slimy, main ceiling fan to living room not working gave us a pedestal fan instead!! Towels are stained and falling apart!

    The villa with the private pool was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. I had the best nights sleep and the staff came to my villa and cooked breakfast for me in the morning. The front desk staff are a pleasure to be around. Siska helped me out with everything. I felt special and well taken care of. And the outdoor bath tub - wonderful for evenings under the stars! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    The whole experience was terrible. Villa 12. Couldn't access the pool, steps very wide apart. Toilet outside, shower was dirty. The walls inside were falling apart. Air conditioning not w5orking very well. There was a step to get into the bed. Safety issue. Complained, staff suggested to move us to the front, villa 1, pool access the exact same. Left the next day. The Villa smelt like mould.

    Where do I even start. Checked in 7/2/25. Upon first glance of our deck (Villa 11) was warped and lifting in places and spongy to the point it was a hazard and my partner did proceed to trip that night, the toilet leaked at the base which in turn caused the bathroom to be covered in toilet water which created another hazard, following morning I raised this to the hotel staff and they said they would fix the toilet. Came back to property that afternoon and the toilet still leaked. I approached the hotel staff about it and they offered us to move to another villa and I asked to look first. They showed me villas 14 & 16. Villa 14 had the same issue with the deck so we decided Villa 16. We moved our luggage to 16 and set off for dinner. When we came back we noticed the air con had gone back up to 25 degrees but inside the room felt warmer than outside. We raised the concern with hotel staff. They came and “fixed” it. 5 minutes later the aircon again went back up to 25 and wouldn’t cool the room. By this point we were so frustrated as it was 11:30pm. We were then offered to move again so I asked to view. They took me to a double villa so I had an option of room. We moved to Villa 7B. At first it was okay. The beds were made and at that time we just wanted to go to sleep. Alas this was not possible as the air con wouldn’t cool the room. Upon our frustrations and being in contact with our agent. I decided to have a good look and noticed there was broken tiles in the base of the shower, the bath hadn’t been cleaned and there was dirt everywhere through it. There was food that had been dropped on the floor, the fridge smelt like what I would describe and one you would open at the tip. After realising this, as I had the Key to Villa 16 still I decided to check the cleanliness of that and it was just as bad. I went to the lobby to ask for the key for 7A to try that air con and I stood there for 5 minutes while one staff member was on the phone and vaping and another staff member just stared at the desk. Eventually they served me and when I asked for the key it was essentially thrown at me. We tried the air con in 7A but the intense smell of mould was overwhelming. By this point it was 12:45 at night and we had been in contact with our agent for almost 2 hours. We decided enough was enough and we were leaving. A staff member came down and even made the comment himself that air con wasn’t cold. After a brief conversation we packed our stuff and walked down to the lobby to sort a refund out as they were not playing the game. We then spent a further 45 minutes in the lobby trying to sort it out as they kept saying all kinds of excuses to not pay like they had to wait until Monday when the manager was in and then we would have only got refunded the final 3 nights of our stay and would have lost 3 nights of the refund. Then one staff member was in the phone to another in regards to us getting a refund and they were clearly not taking it seriously as they were joking and laughing. They kept coming up with excuses as to why they wouldn’t or couldn’t do the refund. Eventually we got our Agent to call the hotel and with in 2 minutes the refund was approved. How ever it only being for 5 nights instead of 6. By this point it was 1:30 at night. At the end we had moved villas 3 times in the one day and not a single villa was up to scratch. I would not recommend this villa to anyone unless the villas had some serious love and the staff was possibly turned over. Such a dampener on a trip that’s meant to be a celebration for my partner and my self.
