Location

The resort is conveniently located on the southern Kuta coast, known as Tuban Beach, and within walking distance of Kuta's biggest shopping centre, Discovery Mall. Entertainment options such as Waterbom Park and Paradiso Bowling are also within a short walk of the hotel. The accommodation is just 10 minutes' drive from Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

402 non-smoking rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball and volleyball. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, yoga, callisthenics, aerobics and handball. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Location was close to airport. Restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distance.A perfect 5 star experience for a relaxing family vacation with its lush greenery. We had the best time expecially at the poolside with its pool bar, Aquarobics and Bingo. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.Definitely worth the stay.

    Worst Resort in Bali. ⭐️ hotel

    Hi everyone, my name is Bigyan. If you’re considering booking a room at Bintang Resort Bali, I strongly recommend you think twice. This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Bali.From the moment I stepped into the room, there was a strong smell of rotten socks mixed with an old, musty odor. After checking around, I even found an old, dirty slipper underneath the bed. When I reported it, housekeeping didn’t properly address the issue—they only changed the pillowcase.The service is essentially zero-star. Many of the staff struggled to understand English, and the receptionists clearly lacked communication skills. When I requested additional drinking water, I was told they would charge for anything beyond two bottles—something I’ve never experienced at other hotels in Bali, especially considering this isn’t even a 5-star property. While the resort grounds are large and give a 5-star impression, the rooms, service, and staff don’t even meet 2- or 3-star standards.We requested room service around 11 or 12 so our baby could sleep comfortably, but when we returned after 1–2 hours, the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. On another occasion, we ordered two meals, but the restaurant only delivered one and completely forgot the other.After tolerating all of this poor service, we asked for a refund. The hotel told us to contact Booking.com, but when we reached out to Booking.com, they said the property needed to confirm it. It felt like both sides were just passing responsibility while keeping our money without delivering proper service.Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking here—or even through Booking.com based on how this situation was handled

    Top hotel, even during adverse weather conditions

    This is the second year in succession that we stayed for 4 weeks at Bintang Bali Resort. Because of the really bad weather during the third week of February 2026, three days of exceptionally heavy rain and wind, at least 100 rooms were affected due to flooding. The guest in those rooms had to be internqlly relocated, A huge operation! Notwithstanding that the hotel staff (management, maintenance, housekeeping and dining room as well as restaurant staff) had to be involved in getting everything as soon as possible back on a normal footing, this did not retract from providing their regular service for those who were unaffected by the bad weather. This service, we qualify once again of an exceptionally high standard. Even though we could see the effects and the pressure it put on the complete crew of the hotel it was "business as usual". Quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner were not affected at all and housekeeping and management did their utmost to make our stay again a succes. For us as guests, it was just like nothing had happened. In just a few day the effects of the inclement weather were taken care of. Affected rooms were cleaned and made habitable again. We grade this hotel with a capital "H" and service with a capital "S". Bintang Bali Resort really does everything to show that they are worth a five star qualification. We will be back!!!

    We had a good overnight stay at Bintang Kuta, in 2 rooms. The hotel is very large with well kept grounds. It is right by the beach but at the moment the government is doing sand reclamation /pipe work right in front of the hotel which means you can’t swim or sit there. I’m not sure how long this work will last, though in theory the beach should be much nicer when it’s finished. There’s also construction work going on at the hotel with a ballroom being built close to the restaurant/beach. Nonetheless we had a good stay. Our ground level rooms were large and comfortable (though the walls thin) with no noise from outside. The pool is lovely and large. Breakfast is very ample with multiple stations & lots of seating for the many guests. Not a 5 star hotel, but the prices reflect that and I’d stay here again. There are many good restaurants nearby. The mall is very close by too; great location
