    At first looks this hotel seemed pleasant, nice fitness area and swimming pond, but, the rooms were small and very hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open, traffic was noisy and midges abundant

    We stayed with our family for the 6th time in Klockerhous for our ski holiday. We come to Klockerhaus every year for so many reasons: very kind personel, breakfast and diner is great, good connection with Hochkrimml for skiing, next to the path to the Waterfalls of Krimml, very clean rooms, nice sauna and relax area. Very nice.

    Wonderful location to explore the falls (the walk starts outside the front door) and a very friendly welcome. Room 315 was a brilliant family set up with two bedrooms, separate kitchenette, living area and large bathroom, suitable for the four of us. The natural pool was a real winner. Table Tennis a bonus and the (naked) sauna only slightly intimidating! The food included at dinner was a (limited) set menu or buffet of decent quality…but there is another a la carte restaurant too (not included).

    Another wonderful stay in Krimml

    We stayed at this hotel for the 4th time and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very clean, with balconies and hardwood floor, bathrooms are quite spacious and well appointed. The bed sheets and towels are of very good quality. Food was plentiful and ok at breakfast and dinner and we appreciated their complimentary drink at dinner. The pool area is very nice and well-kept, with loungers and umbrellas. The only thing I missed is the tea&coffee facility in the room, or at least a tea kettle. But all in all we enjoyed our time there and plan to come back next summer! Thank you Czerny family for another wonderful holiday in beautiful Krimml!

    Super friendly hotel

    We stayed as a couple with our dog in room 110. The hotel is very nice, a cosy and warm atmosphere with very friendly staff. We particularly enjoyed the evening food, there was a great variety of options and they were all super tasty. The breakfast could have greater variety however the options were also tasty. The spa area was lovely and clean, far more impressive than how it comes across in the photos. Which was a nice surprise! The cleaning service was superb and flexible around our dog walks, nothing was ever an issue and we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel is located in a beautiful picturesque location, with great dog walks and nearby local amenities. The ski bus takes 15 mins to Hochkrimml and the stop is just next to the hotel. All in all we loved the hotel and would come back again.
