Location

The area where this hotel is located is often referred to as ‘old Bali.’ Here, guests will find the royal palaces of Klungkung and Karangasem. It is also where Karangasem's last raja built his water palaces: Tirtagangga, now a public bathing area, and the Ujung Palace. Denpasar Bali Airport is 90 km away from the establishment.

Facility

The 25 villas/houses are comfortably equipped and ready for guests. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Valuables can be securely locked in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and a fan ensures just the right temperature. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area.     Hotel was very ordinary. Breakfast was terrible. Staff not very friendly or helpful.Glad we were only there for one night.     Real value for money at a hotel which is definitely meeting (if not comfortably exceeding) 4-star standards.

    We, a family of three including one 16 years old child and two adults, stayed at Belstay Venezia Mestre for three nights during August 2025. The staff were brilliant (Daniele, Marian, Roberto, and Emma to name a few). The hotel and the room we were allocated are modern and definitely meeting the 4-star standards. Breakfast was decent and the staff serving it were working hard to keep the diners happy with providing a good variety of food in an efficient and neat fashion. Wifi was good, gym and the swimming pool are looked after well, and the hotel offers generous car parking spaces, although we did not use the latter. I highly recommend this hotel as it offers the best value for money in my experience.

    I had better WiFi in a cave during a camping trip gone bad. To connect it asks for personal information like email and such. Breakfast is not too bad if you are a prisoner of war, otherwise really low quality. This is definitely not 4 stars. Room not so clean, no mini bar. Power kept going off the second morning. Avoid if possible. I'm quite surprised about wi-fi issue, our wi-fi is usually quite good, maybe there was some fiber line slowdown that day. I'm sorry you didn't like our breakfast service, and I'm even more sorry about the room not perfectly clean, we will check with the HK department, cleaning for us is an obsessive point.     Clean hotel, staff very helpful, our room was very clean and cleaned every day during our stay, could have done with china cups instead of having paper cups in hotel room. Very spacious rooms with good air-conditioning. Breakfast was good for me, good coffee and well stocked. Buses to Venice took 15 min to Piazzale Roma. Downside, location very difficult to find by bus for the first time, even with Google maps it take you to a hotel opposite which required taxi as hotel cannot be accessed by foot from that point. The hotel is poorly signposted from the bus stop. So it may be easy to take taxi on the first day. Internet WiFi is very unstable and hardly availabile so would recommend buy local network sim for data ,

    This is an average/basiv hotel located outside Venice.It is 30 EUR taxi from the hotel to piazza le Roma where you can get the public ferry down the Grand canal There is little around the hotel for groceries or food. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Not far from Venice Maestre station but taxi only Seriously not recommended for getting to and from Venice or a stop over. The staff are nice but the isolation is a killer
