Location

Located on the top of a cliff on the southern shore of Bali, this resort is situated in the pristine village of Uluwatu-Pecatu, which offers incredible serenity and tranquillity and an unobstructed view of the Indian Ocean, making it ideal for nature lovers. The centre of Nusa Dua is approximately 20 km from the finca and Denpasar is around 40 km away. Other nearby places of interest include Padang Padang beach (2 km away), Uluwatu Temple (3 km away), Dreamland Beach (5 km away) and Garuda Wisnu Kencana (8 km away).

Facility

A stay in an of the 31 villas/houses will leave a lasting impression. At the air-conditioned resort, guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service and a laundry service. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests have garden view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including a spa, a sauna and massage treatments.

Meals

The resort includes a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet and a set lunch menu offer culinary delights every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Probably would not stay here again. No hot water for a shower the full 4 days we have stayed. They have phoned every morning and woke us up to see if we are going to breakfast or not, never heard of a hotel phoning you to chase you to arrive or not. Doors are old and noisy and curtains barely keep out the light. Location okay, right next to single fin which is a positive however hotel is situated down a lane and a man is parked in the middle charging people to just walk down the lane so every time you try to go back to hotel you have to argue with man that your not paying just to walk to your hotel. Not the cleanest and facilities not the greatest. Probably would recommend staying in a villa elsewhere.

    Do not stay while oceanview infinity pool under construction

    Do not stay here while the oceanview infinity pool is closed. It is the main reason for choosing this resort and it is a complete construction zone. Nowhere to enjoy the view. Half reception is also boarded up. The Sea View rooms are so far from the ocean, they are really ocean glimpses. Not worth paying for the upgrade. They are also located a long way down an uneven, unkept, unlit path away from everything. Very disappointed

    Bali was generally the impressive: forty, povert. But a few cities were okay and hotels also that stand out with this being one. If I go to Bali again, this will be one of the places visit. Clean, good food and service, affordable. Check it……..

    SOO much promise, but the ROOM ITSELF is depressed, horrible, dated, sad! - AMAZINGGGGG location, has sooo much potential! Butseems they haven't renovated rooms in 40+ years BECAUSE they get away w/it due to the fabulous location. - Also ANNOYING that the banjar (local 'police"0 prevent you from getting a Grab or Gojek from here- you have to walk like 1/2 a mi up the street. AT LEAST you don't have to pay when coming into the area if you tell them you're staying at this hotel, but geez. Bathroom has that moldy/sewer smell. Towels are THIN, old/stained, as it bedding. Rooms are dark and depressing. Stay here for proximity to the beach and that ONLY. Nothing else great unfortunately! :(

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Get in to our deluxe beach view room and there’s used toilet paper from previous guest in the bathroom bin, blood stains on bed sheets.Breakfast’ all inclusive buffet’ is like jail food. Service is non existent and no one cares about meals not turning up. Fruit juice is cordial. Staff won’t listen to or act on feedback about issues.Swimming water pool is like a swamp and not worth risking.Grounds and carpark are run down and a safety risk.Noise from adjoining night club means you will not be getting any sleep before midnight!Great location but the building and service are beyond help!! Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
