  I spent 3 nights here with my wife, and we found that it was a nice experiences for us. We love the ambience of the villa, we love that we can get our privacy here, the cleanliness is good, staff was very helpful and nice. the only thing that kind of little bit not too good is that their breakfast is not vary so in the 2nd day we suddenly get bored. oh and also this villa is quite far from Bali's center of tourist. but is not a problem for us, cause we really just need our time.

  Disappointing, shocked and saddened.

  Booking.com and Trip Advisor how come you guys allowed this place to be advertised on your platform as 4 star luxury villa is beyond us.After staying 3 nights at this place now I have realised why this place got so much negative comments. I must say that there is no way this place should advertise themselves as 4 star luxury villa. You get what you paid for...but hang on a minute we paid pretty good money. AU$153 per night, perhaps that’s not high end price but not that cheap either.I have no intention to spread negative comments or hurt their business but false advertising is not quite right specially when people are spending money to visit Bali for life long good memories.When you advertise as 4 star luxury villa you must be able to deliver what you advertised cause we paid for your nice photos and tag lines. After paying the price you have asked what you gave us is utterly disappointing and totally false. If you give us mediocre bedroom, awful bathroom, filthy/slimy pool, third class looking kitchen and pretty rundown living space is totally misleading and unfair for the traveller like us.The only positive thing about this place is the staff. They tried their best to make our stay nicer and that’s about it. Management pls take my opinion as an honest feedback, they are not to be taken as complaint and we certainly do not intend to harm your business.This villa’s location is at the end of pretty rundown narrow street and our cab driver couldn’t find your villa even though he was using his GPS? He was confused and asked 4 different people to locate your villa after 15 minutes driving around. There was no visible sign or way finding sign anywhere. On second day we saw small worn out sign 2 minutes down the road. 4 star luxury villa can do better.Many tiles are broken in the pool and can be seen easily.Our microwave wasn’t working so when we requested staff brought another one promptly but it was filthy.Mini bar fridge barely worked.Safety deposit box didn’t work on our arrival so after request staff grabbed one from another villa.Pool water is extremely dirty and slimy that we didn’t even get into the pool at all.Thick black layer of algae and mould around the pool looks pretty horrible.Bathroom is big but I guarantee shower screen and tiles have never been scrubbed or cleaned properly. You could clearly see the thick layers of mould.Pebbles on the shower floor looks so dirty that it has never been cleaned underneath, that disgusting bad smell coming from those dirty pebbles is crazy.Floor is covered with dead mosquitoes and moths.We stayed for three nights but our bedsheets didn’t get changed not even once. Don’t you think luxury villa should change the sheet at least once?No bath towels, no hand towels in the villa and we had to request for them. Don’t you think luxury villa should place at least set of towels in the room when guest walks in?We could have given our feedbacks to the management directly rather than posting online but there wasn’t any feedback form provided in the villa. Staff’s English is adequate enough to get by but not enough to have proper conversation so we have no choice but to say things online.All your holiday makers do your own research and don’t get fooled by the 4 star advertising cause you’ll be shocked and surprised. You might like it for your own reason but this villa is definitely not 4 star and absolutely not luxury at all. We didn’t post any photos cause we don’t want to embarrass the management.

  Bad location very far from everywhere, cafe or restaurant close by, had to pay too much for getting around, even taxi driver couldn’t find it for 25 min, the pool area wasn’t very clean, was generally unhygienic. On a positive the staff were friendly and the villa was big.

  We have booked this place for three weeks. We have mixed feeling about our stay here. While many people say the reception desk is friendly, which is true and because they don’t speak much English and don’t understand you in most of the cases. That was not our issue though: when we checked in, the pool tiles were dirty and green. The open air kitchen was sticky on the shelves and the bed linen was old, grey and stained. We have asked to clean the villa, the pool and for the new bed linens and towels to be replaced as we were afraid to use them. All these requests were taken cared of on the next day. The quality of bedlinen and towels improved slightly but still the towels would come as grey and stained. Also, during the last three days we were not informed that there will be main construction renovation works going on, which is right next door and behind our wall, which is not soundproof at all. We have asked to stop construction and chain saw work for three days in a row as these would start at 6am. In returned we were smiled at and answered that this was planned maintenance and they can do nothing about it. Also, we had construction workers on the roof looking down on us and our pool. They worked daily on the roof of the next door building. All in all, the facilities could be great if more care had been paid to its cleanliness and condition. The pool is of descent size but with no steps so for my mum it was impossible to jump and climb out of the water. There is also not warm or hot water in the villa - only room temperature: that said, the price is affordable and if you need a cheap place to stay, you may opt for these villas. However, if you aren’t looking for somewhere quiet and quality, please stay somewhere else.

  A private luxurious hide-away

  It certainly is the middle of nowhere, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, while staying in a private luxurious villa, this is you're place to be. The check-in was smooth, although the staff doesn't speak that well English. The lobby is really primitive which should not put you off. The minute I was in my villa, I requested a longer stay. Too bad they were already fully booked. Even though I was alone, because I was the last to check in they gave me the last villa, which was a two bedroom villa. I noticed by walking to the lobby many times that the one bedroom villas are much smaller and have more shade then the one I was in. So when you book, keep this in mind and ask for a villa with sun if you're planning to sunbathe.Overall I thought it was a luxurious and spacious villa, that just has some small things that need fixing. For example: toilet didn't flush on the day of check out. Bath doesn't drain the water at all, phone didn't work so calling to the reception was useless. Some mold in the bathroom and the airconditioning was leaking a bit, but nothing of this made me less happy about this huge luxurious villa. The bed was amazing so I had a good sleep as well. Conclusion : I would definitely come back, for the luxury and privacy the villa offers. The fact that I needed transport to go places wasn't troubling for me. Because the breakfast wasnt a buffet and the reviews were already bad about the breakfast I didn't eat there. But, with a cab there are many places to have breakfast only minutes away!
