    Towel is so dirty in room area so many bugsAnd lizard food was not good pictures and menu say something and ingredients are different half item not in the menu and sharing with the half dish and food is frozen, not fresh foodand Manager service or her behavior was not good she answer that’s our menu and our food that’s her reply she not responsible person to make Customer satisfied

    We have stayed in this Villa in the month of Jan 2024. It was a disappointing experience. The actual Villa provided was different from what was advertised on the website during the booking process. Additionally, there were several issues with the pool area. Firstly, there was insufficient lighting at night, making the pool difficult and unsafe to use. Moreover, the pool was not accessible as there were no stairs provided. When these issues were brought to the attention of the front desk staff, their response was disappointing. Instead of addressing the problems seriously, they were sarcastic and even laughed at the situation. Furthermore, it was concerning that the manager was not available at 7PM local time in the evening, a time when guests might need assistance the most due to remote location and such pathetic situation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and the worst i have experienced anywhere in the world. Despite assurances from the Manager, I did not receive the promised written apology letter next day. Additionally, the food at the villa was of poor quality with limited options, especially for vegetarians. It was disappointing to find such a lack of consideration for dietary preferences.

    Booked 3 nights here at the start of our month trip to Bali, based on good trip advisor reviews. Booked a one bedroom villa with breakfast. First impression was good,expansive grounds,well kept and some Balinese character.Check in was easy,extremely pleasant and smiling gentleman.Sadly,that's where it all changed, our villa was very old,unloved and in major need of maintenance, only 3 lightbulbs were in working order, no lights at the pool so when it got dark,was pretty dangerous, as you couldn't see where you were going,especiallywith bat droppings on the floor. Ventured to the bar/restaurant to find it deserted.,not even a sign of any resident, soDecided after staying in our villa one night that we would leave. Informed reception first thing after breakfast and realized we were indeed the only 2 people in the hotel. Some serious work needs done here, the accommodation needs a complete overhaul, we left feeling very disappointed indeed, villa definitely not as advertised.

    We stayed at Bumi Linggah immediately after arriving in Bali. We were aware of the location - somewhat far from most things - but we wanted a nice quiet place to sleep off our jet lag. The airport shuttle was a nice service, but unfortunately the shuttle wasn't on time to pick us up from the airport. I called the hotel and they were very apologetic, and assured me that the driver would arrive but was caught in traffic. They eventually arrived, but it wasn't the best first impression, especially after traveling for two days. Our villa was very nice and very clean. There were some minor issues, but for the most part the place was in great shape. The outdoor kitchen, pool, and bedroom were all really nice and great places to spend time. The hotel isn't within walking distance of any major attractions, but the hotel arranged a private driver for us the day after we arrived. The price was very reasonable for a full day and the driver was great. We ate several meals at the hotel just out of convenience, and the food was fine. We ordered room service the first night and this arrived promptly and exactly to order. Breakfast wasn't terrible but left something to be desired. Some of the food was being completely devoured by ants, and overall it wasn't the highest quality. That said, there are a variety of restaurants close by that provide an alternative to the hotel's food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Bumi Linggah. The staff was fantastic, and very eager to accommodate us in any way they could. They really do a great job there. We would certainly stay with them again on a future trip to Bali.

    Romantic private pool villas. Only lacking a good restaurant

    Stayed in Bhumi Linggah for two nights. Nicely built villas with large private swimming pool where I could swim laps. Elegantly decorated. Large, outdoor bathroom with tub. The whole area is peaceful and you wake up to the chirping of birds. Living amidst nature. The staff is helpful. The only drawback I felt was the lack of a good restaurant. The in house cafe has a very limited menu ( No bebek curry or bebi guielleng ). Besides, the resort is built in a secluded area with limited eating options nearby. Hence, the need for a good in house restaurant. Prices are OK. Though, they provide free shuttle to sanur beach and ubud, the availability of the shuttle is limited and they must be informed well in advance. Its predominantly for couples and families who want to escape to a peaceful place bumilinggah, Manager at Bumi Linggah Villas, responded to this review Dear Mr/s.
