Location

Located in the heart of the hip district of Seminyak, this resort is surrounded by shopping, dining and nightlife experiences. The establishment is just a 5-minute walk away from Bali's finest street for international cuisine, Jalan Laksmana, and is also close to a number of tourist attractions in the Kuta area. Denpasar can be reached in 30 minutes by car and Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the accommodation.

Facility

The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms

The rooms include air conditioning, a kitchen and a bathroom. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides additional comfort. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer is also provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Finca has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. Sun loungers are ready and waiting on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active finca, including yoga, a spa and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

There is a café on the premises. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Fantastic location, comfortable villas with lovely staff. Pool was particularly beautiful. Given it is in the centre of Seminyak, sometimes you get a little street noise. But the convenience makes up for that. We would definitely stay here again.     A really nice private villa with a beautiful pool and breakfast cooked for you every morning! The staff were so helpful and friendly.     Great but not perfect

    We stayed at bvilla seaside during Lebaran holiday. Location is very good. Walking distance to several great restaurant, petitenget beach, and nearby shopping. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Villa with private pool. Pool water taste salty same as the tap water and shower. We read several complaints regarding the air conditioner, and indeed it's true. We felt the AC was not big enough to cool down the room temperature. Really, you should upgrade your AC to bigger one.Breakfast are served by the private cook come to our villa every morning. Not much choice, but we thinked enough for 3-4 days stay and then you'll get bored. Private pool come in big size not just plunge pool, so we can really swim. Our first night, we leave the villa for some food nearby. We leave a kebab on the dining table, and when we come back, it seemed like we have "guest". Maybe wild cat or squirrel coming and having feast. It freak us out so we call the reception and they said they will call pest control the next day. It's not their fault to be honest. Just our bad luck. I guess that's what we should expect with the open area.     Peace in the middle of chaos

    We stayed in the 1-bedroom villa with queen bed, a huge bathroom, own private pool, living room area and a kitchen. The location is awesome as it is just a short walk to restaurants, shopping streets and a shopping mall. A lot of reviewers were not pleased with the noise from the street outside the villas, but it’s not that bad.Pros1. Breakfast is ordered the night before, before 8pm, and cooks would come in the morning, cooked and served fresh and hot from your villa.2. Good-sized pool, clean and enough for a family.3. Living room is really comfortable for hang out for a chat or a glass of wine.4. Housekeeping staff Rai who was also the cook on our first day was awesome and very meticulous.5. The bathroom is beautiful, with little details property thought of, but the water in the bathtub was not draining after the first bath.6. My friend and I were amazed that there were no mosquitoes in the villa, at all!!Cons1. Our experience with the front desk staff were not very pleasant from our check-in to when we had our phone calls with them. It could just be the communication barrier. They were overall very polite.2. For a property that is 20-year-old, Bvilla seaside is in a very good condition. Perhaps the management would like to consider refreshing some areas of their villa: bathroom seat, water heater coming on and off, bathtub drainpipe, replace storage cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, towels were very tired and definitely need replacement. 3. Aircon in the room is recommended to be replaced with a bigger horsepower aircon. We couldn’t sleep the first night as we couldn’t feel the aircon at all. Maintenance guy came and checked that the aircon was operating fine. It was probably the side table lamps exuding heat as we turned those lamps off the second night and the air was cooler.     We stayed in the the two bedroom villa each with queen beds and en-suite with a shared kitchen area. Your own private pool and walking distance from the central shopping area. Cooks came in each morning and cooked you breakfast. Just make sure you get your breakfast order in by 8 pm the night before!
