  Recently stayed, disappointed hotel under renovation; room dated; advised guests required to give 24hr notice for room attendance, Loud reception in atrium right next to room - no notice to change room. Hotel bar, restaurant and complimentary breakfast subpar with service and quality offerings. Once an impressive hotel now not even a shadow of its former self.   Terrible place to stay

  The hotel has not been updated in over 10 years, they actually had a 32 inch TV. Very basic stuff in the room and again everything is over 10 years old. The room was warm and the air conditioner barely worked. Good luck finding something to eat or drink late night, they don't tell you that the only vending is at the front of the hotel. Very noisy starting at 6 in the morning. The staff I encountered was rude. If I could give them a negative rating they sure do deserve it.   House keeping ruined experience plus other negatives

  I clearly have the do not disturb sign on my door and the house keeping lady kept knocking and then opened the door while I’m laying in bed. What is the point of the busy sign when they don’t respect it ?The stay was the worst I have had anywhere in California.Then the WiFi doesn’t work inside the rooms and you don’t even get proper cell reception in your room. Called front desk 3 times no one answeredWorst stay ever. Will never stay here again.   Great Ploce To Stay And Host An Event

  Just hosted a coin show in the Concord Plaza Hotel ballroom. Clean, modern, well lit and the hotel has a huge inventory of tables and chairs. Plenty of close-in parking.Very friendly and attentive staff. They ensured my event went smoothly. Show dealers liked the guest rooms. Clean and well maintained.The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.   Dirty room and bad service

  The room they booked us was very dirty, carpets felt gross and had that unclean look. The carpet had several huge stains that were visible even though the carpet is dark, roof had about 7 huge water stains and this was the first floor. Spoke to the manger, I think his name was Ramu, he was very rude and short, must be new owners because it used to be clean, instead of spending money to block off access to parking, spend the money on rooms and good service.
