    Excellent! Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great staff! They were very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area! It looks like there was a recent remodel. Everything looked new and fresh. We will definitely stay here again. Just what you would expect from a Hilton Property!

    I'm a diamond member, and I stay at hundreds of hilton properties every year, and this place has terrible customer service, hotel is run by incompetent petty self-important minimum wage workers who have no idea how the hospitality industry functions.Garret at the front desk looks and acts like he's in between meth hits, and the "General Manager", Joel, has the communication and customer service skills of a doorknob.The hotel is owned by THE FALLS HOTEL LLC, 796-308 5325, which Joel refuse to provide, but with such incompetent people working at the hotel, it is hard to imagine that the management company is any better.

    The rooms are clean and nice. Location makes walking to the falls and restaurants easy. We used the pool and it was clean and well kept. Rose was extremely helpful and kind when we were checking out.

    Location is approximately twenty minute walk from most locations in Niagara Falls. Convenient restaurants nearby. Hotel staff and Breakfast staff were excellent. Room had a bit of a musty smell but was clean and comfortable. Free parking.

    Second time staying at the Sheraton in Niagara Falls Canada! High floor with a great view of the Falls, both American and Canadian! We watched the fireworks from our room! Very busy hotel but the staff is friendly, professional and prompt.
