    A nice hotel, clean, and roomy for japanese standards. Good service and staff is very friendly. Very close to Totsuka Station (50-100m). Excellent value for what you get. Totsuka is 15 min. from Yokohama, so close by for all the major attractions.     I was staying for an overnight here, to meet with a friend, for the next day of travel.The person at the front desk was very friendly and polite. His knowledge of the English language was pretty good.Check in was very straight forward and I was given the times for when check out is suppose to be. I was also given instruction on room amenities, the use of Wifi, and if there was anything else needed, that the staff would help as best they could.Now for the room. The room I had was quite spacious and the layout was excellent. The bathroom was a normal size, for Japanese standards, but I had no problem taking a shower. When I stand at 6'-2" or 188cm.The room was very clean, as was the bathroom, which had all the amenities that I needed.Just an FYI. You have to put your card in the slot for the electricity to come on in the room and also look for the on/off button in the fridge. In case you are going out, you have to take your door card with you, you won't have power to the room, when you take the card out of the wall slot. That switch keeps the power on to your fridge, so nothing melts, gets warm, or spoils.Best part about this hotel, is that you are close to the train/ bus station, not too noisy, lots of places to eat (even grocery shopping if you wanted to), and even close to a mall to shop. Again, I was only here for an overnight, but I enjoyed my stay very much.

    They are just the best! Haven't stayed in any other hotel so far who is really that generous on freebies : you get all kinds of bathroom products in the lobby, including sheet mask and bath salt and face products for men as well!!! The room layout is a perfection and the location of the hotel is just by the bus station, left from the exit of totsuka station. For all they offer will definitely give them 5 stars!

    Booked 4nights,Hotel reception on 3rd floor,check in/out (10 am)process was smooth and staff are cooperative,Breakfast is modest with good coffee(time till 9:30am)Hotel is more for business clients,Room is medium in terms of size but adequately spaced not much area for hangers and comfy bed(a bit hard pillows) but clean(good house keeping service),no tea/coffee maker and amenities,empty fridge for your personal use.Toilet/shower stocked with amenities and spotlessly clean.Hotel provides complementary coffee/tea at the breakfast area(5-11 pm) plus other amenities for free.Also available facilities for washing/drying m/c’s.Hotel is just 5min walk to Tutsuka station and near a shopping mall were there are a selection of restaurants and a huge super market(Tokyo),Also you can access to the small city community behind the hotel via hotel elevator to 1st floor(up to 11pm) .

    I stayed here on a business trip, and my work location happened to be a 15-minute walk away. That was the primary reason for the location. But I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. It was clean, modern, comfortable. The wifi was very fast. It has great proximity to shopping, cafes and restaurants, as well as the trains to get just about anywhere in Tokyo. The Narita Express also makes a stop here, so it is easy to get to the airport and back.
