Location

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The hotel provides a cloakroom, a safe, a TV room, room service, a laundry service and a conference room. Facility

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation.     First off, I’d like to thank the manager for giving me a really good price on the room to make up for a previous bad experience. The room wasn’t bad, but the people are generally unfriendly. It feels like you’re bothering them any time you need something. Connecticut in general doesn’t have the greatest hotel options. This one was better than most, but still not fantastic. I might give the hotel another chance, but people should feel more welcome than that Nishal Desai, General Manager at Home2 Suites by Hilton East Haven New Haven, responded to this review I am sorry to hear about your recent experience with us did not meet your expectations.     Simply a wonderful experience. Everyone has been extremely friendly and customer focused. The rooms and facilities are brand new and spacious.     Pool not heated think twice

    The main purpose of booking this hotel was that it advertised heated pool, I called the front desk to confirm it was heated was advised it was always 84 degrees. It was a lie the pool is cold, I had to complain to the front desk, and he said he raised the temperature to 85 it was warm for like 30 minutes and then got cold again. I even went next door to the dollar tree and got a thermometer to see what the temperature of the pool was before he raised the temp, and it read 80 degrees. With small children it is cold for them. I even saw another mother the following morning take her small child wrapped in the towel complaining about how cold it was and he couldn't stay in the pool. The room was okay, for it being new my room ceiling and walls was filled with tape and parts of decorations still hanging from the previous guest. The only really good thing was the breakfast it was good with a lot of variety.
